*Meditate and put subliminals on once you're calm.

*Lie down on your back in a comfortable position, it has to be on your back.

*Visualize yourself sitting against a tree and a person from your DR runs by.

*Chase them and imagine them entering a rabbit hole. Go into the rabbit hole with them.

*Visualize yourself falling down the rabbit hole with that person.

*As you're falling, imagine passing all of the things from your CR. You're basically letting those things go. It could be your bed, your lamp, your siblings, anything from your CR. 

*Fall for as long as you want until you feel confident and until you feel strong signs of shifting (twitching, numbness, hearing voices, itchiness, someone touching you etc).

*Imagine finally hitting the ground.

*There will be a key and a locked door. 

*Imagine the person from your DR asking you if you're ready to go into your DR. Answer them, and they will unlock the door and lead you in. 

*Imagine a bright light and your vision will go completely white.

*Once you enter, you will be in your DR bedroom or place. You will see yourself lying on that bed/place.

*Lie down where your DR self is and it'll be like you're entering your DR self's body. 

*Try to fall asleep while repeating affirmations and you will wake up in your DR.

*Just remember if it doesn't work, keep trying! You got this!
