Raven method

*This is a sleeping method and you should be on the verge of falling asleep, but stay up while you're doing the raven method because you'll be able to fall asleep at the end.

*Meditate for 5-15 minutes (I recommend meditating sitting up so that you don't fall asleep. I've made that mistake way too many times lol).

*Lie in a starfish position and you may play subliminals if you please. (For HP shifters, you should listen to "Shifting to Hogwarts most powerful subliminal ever!")

*Slowly start counting up by 5's or 10's it doesn't matter. Each 5 or 10, visualize scenes from your dr. For example, I would count to 5, then imagine myself sitting in the Hogwarts express train. Then I would count to 10 and imagine getting off of the train and arriving to Hogwarts. You can imagine each scene individually, it doesn't have to be in order.

*Once you get to 100, you should probably be really tired. You will also be getting signs that you're shifting like tingling, twitching, headaches, feeling like you're falling etc. Repeat affirmations and go to sleep, you'll wake up in your dr. Just remember, if it doesn't work, it's not your fault. Your body will take it's time.
