*This isn't a sleeping method. If you want to do a different method that requires sleeping right after, go ahead!
*Meditate love, you know the drillll.
*Make sure you're in a comfortable position because you CANNOTTTT move during this.
*I recommend sleeping on your side because this will help you get better results.
*Put an earbud in one ear and play a heartbeat sound. It can be 10-20 minutes. There's an hour version of Draco humming + the heartbeat but I usually just skip it halfway so I don't end up falling asleep. LMAO the humming literally makes me wanna cry.
*Imagine yourself lying on a person from your DR. The heartbeat resembles their heartbeat. Imagine the temperature, where you guys are, the smell of the person you're on. Make sure you really focus on this because it takes a lot of concentration.
*When the heartbeat sound is over, imagine the person from your DR getting up and taking your hand.
*Imagine that person leading you to a door out of that room.
*Imagine seeing a bright light and your vision will become all white. You will feel signs of shifting.
*Once you feel like you're in your DR, you may open your eyes. If you script that you won't open your eyes until you fully shift, that would be really helpful.
*If you feel that you're not in your DR, you can do a different method right after without moving or opening your eyes. Raven method is what I do if the methods before don't work.
