Soza and Azula had been on the sea for many weeks by now.

They were tracking down their brother and uncle and had a lead on them, which was good because they were starting to lose their patience.

They were brought on the deck by servants ─ Azula and her sister looked at each other smirking.

Azula and Soza stepped out of the palanquin and every helmsmen was bowing their heads. Azula looked around and waved her hand to signal them to get up.

"Our brother and uncle have shamed the Fire nation and have brought shame on all of us," Azula started, as she walked down the deck. "You may have mixed feelings about attacking the royal family, I'm sure," she looked around, sharp eyes slashing over everyone, "But if you hesitate, I will not hesitate to bring you down!" Soza finished for her sister. "Dismissed".

The soldiers all scampered back to their jobs and off the deck.

Soza walked down to meet her sister, when the captain ran down to her, "Princess, I'm afraid the tides will not allow us to bring the ship in to the port before nightfall"

"I'm sorry captain....but I do not know much about the tides. Can you explain something to me?" Soza said as she walked out to look at the ocean. "Of course, your Highness," the captain responded shaking lightly.

"Do the tides command this ship?" Soza asked.

The captain's eyes shot to her clearly unsure about what he was to say. "Um, I am afraid I don't understand, Princess─" he whispered nervously.

"You said the tides would not allow us to bring the ship in," Azula stated, "Do the tides command this ship?" she said putting force and a small threat on her words.

"No, Princesses."

"And, if we were to have you thrown overboard, would the tides think twice about smashing you against the rocky shore?" Soza said glancing backward at the captain, before shifting her gaze away.

"No, Princesses."

"Well then, you should worry less about the tides which have already made up their minds about killing you, and worry more about us, who are still mulling it over," the Princesses said together.

"I'll pull us in."

"I told you, we don't need any more useless things!" Zuko yells at his uncle who brought very pretty shells. "Did you forget? We have to carry every thing our selves now─!"

"Hello, brother, uncle." Azula stated. Zuko turned toward his younger sisters in surprise, a sharp gasp escaping him.

"What are you two doing here?" He really didn't need any more trouble than he was in right now.

"In our country, we exchange a pleasant 'hello' before asking questions," Soza frowned, her nails running along the windowsill, "Have you become uncivilized so soon, Zuzu?"

"Don't call me that!" Zuko yelled angrily.

"To what do we owe the honor?" Iroh wondered aloud.

"Hmmmm... must be a family trait, both of you so quick to get to the point," Soza said, while crushing a seashell in her hands, between her nails. Iroh looked at Soza wide-eyed before his eyes narrowed, and he glared at her like she had been the one who killed his beloved son. Soza finally let the neutral expression fall away into a smirk.

"We come with a message from home. Father changed his mind ─ family is suddenly very important to him," Azula started. "He has heard rumors, treacherous plots of overthrowing him. Family are the only ones you can really trust." Azula finished as Soza placed a hand on Zuko's shoulder.

Zuko looked up to his sisters with wide, hopeful eyes.

"Father regrets your banishment. He wants you home," Soza said softly as she glanced out the window.

"Did you hear us?! We just gave you great news. You should be happy, grateful even" Azula stated. She lost her patience. She and Soza both thought that Zuko would be jumping for joy.

"We still haven't heard our 'thank you.' We are not messengers. We didn't have to come all this way," Azula snapped.

"Father r─regrets... h─he wants me back?" Zuko stuttered softly.

"I can see you need time to take this in. We will come call on you two tomorrow─" Soza said.

"Good evening." The twins say in unison, before leaving the house.
