Dream falls into the void instead

Dream thinks

Dream honestly doesn't know how long he will be here. It all depends on those back home notice if he's alive or not still. He hopes they do notice, but there's a possibility that they won't notice yet or never notice. He has some doubts but doesn't want to fully focus on them yet.

There's also the possibility of different time or time lines. He might be in a younger time and they might end up in an older time line where he's either older or dead. Or them in an older time line end up in this time. He doesn't know which one will happen but...

Knowing his luck, it could be either of them.

He decided he should try and stay calm for now.. and started working on practicing his magic at a far enough distance from the..town? He will just call it a town until someone corrects him..or he'll look it up later..he thought..

He thought as he practiced summoning up his magic, he didn't want to get rusty after all, who knows what exactly lives in thins multiverse and other unknowns back in his. He needs to get stronger so by the time he returns, if he return, but he ignored that whisper in the back of his mind, he will be ready for anything that may come his way.

Or at least that's what he hopes anyway..he doesn't know if any unknowns will be stronger or weaker then him..he hopes his friends and his brother are doing alright back home...

Everyone that knew dream was grieving...that is until nightmare checked to see if the magic made object dream gave to him before he was corrupted to see if it faded away yet.

He wasn't going to tell anyone what it is...it's only for his and dreams eyes only..not even will he think of what it is and just call it an object.

Nightmare didn't want to admit it out loud but he treasured it, after all his brother made that with his own magic and to give someone something made out of their magic? That would show a lot of trust that they had for the other person..he didn't think he was worthy of that trust but so far he didn't attempt to do anything to it so he guessed dreams trust wasn't too misplaced...

Then his eyes widen with shock, Dreams..magic made object was still there.. he almost picked it up to show his gang but didn't. He decided to ask blue if any of dreams things that he made with his magic are still there and not faded.

Nightmare decided and headed back down, "blue.." he started out, causing them to look at nightmare.

"...yes nightmare?" Blue said still sad.

"Do you still have anything that dream made with his magic? I..checked mine and it was still there and not faded..so I was hoping I wasn't imagining it and I wanted to see if you had any.."nightmare said.

Their eyes widen, dream made objects with his magic and nightmare had one? It Somewhat confused them but they guessed nightmares had it since before he corrupted. That shows a lot of trust right there, then they realized what nightmare meant.

That means Dream must still be alive! They thought, since when monsters make objects with their magic, it stays unless that monster dies. If the monster dies then the object they made with their magic fades.

Blue took off to go check and ask the others.

Blue later came back with a huge grin on their face and they were hopeful. "Yes! It's all still there! But where did dream end up at?" Blue questioned and they thought about.

"Dream could have ended up in a different multiverse?" Dust said thoughtfully.

They stared at him and thought that's the smartest thing he's said since he's been with them.
