"I would like you to copy this into your books everyone," Mrs Thomas said to the class.
I sighed. I hated school but at the same time it was one of the few places where I didn't feel so worried. Anywhere was better than home. Suddenly the door pushed open and in walked a dark curly haired boy. He was tall and skinny and had pale skin. He rushed into the class and flopped onto the empty seat behind me. I looked back and there he was with a smirk on his face. I quickly turned back around, my heart beating out of my chest. He was hot.
"This is Boris Pavlikovsky, he has just moved here and will be joining us in class this year. Everyone please make him feel welcome!" Mrs Thomas said.
As I walked out of class, I couldn't stop thinking about Boris. His freckles, his curly hair and that smirk. School had ended and now would be the long and dreaded ride towards home. After I got off the bus, I decided to go to the park around the corner of my house. Where I lived was pretty quiet and I had never seen anyone else at the park. I mean, it wasn't really a park, just 2 swings. I sat on the swing for a while, just enjoying the silence. I closed my eyes and breathed in deeply.
"здесь очень спокойно, не так ли?" (it's very peaceful out here isn't it?) I jumped up and tried to see who the voice had come from.
"Oh my god, It's you Boris. You scared me," I chuckled softly, embarrassed.
"Вы сюда часто ходите?" (Do you come here often?)
"I'm not sure I understand, I-"
"I'm joking, yes I speak English but I understand more Russian. What is your name?"
He spoke English quite well although his accent was heavy. "(Y/N)"
"Pretty." He looked me up and down slowly. I blushed.
Boris pointed to my glasses (see below for a picture of your glasses) AN: that this is not what u look like, this picture is only here to show you what your glasses look like.
(also, I apologise if you don't wear glasses) "You look like Harry Potter. May I call you Potter?"
"I- umm sure" I smiled. There was a comfortable silence for a while. Boris came and sat down on the swing beside me. I stared at him as he looked into the distance. I have never really liked anyone before so this was a new feeling. "I uhh... have to get going. But I'll see you at school tmr?"
Boris smiled. "I'll see you tomorrow Potter,"
I smiled and blushed yet again. The amount of times I've blushed around Boris is way too much. I walked home feeling a weird warm, loving feeling. Boris seemed like the only not bad thing in this stupid town.
