After what happen, Aiko's father put extra protection around the place. Maki is on her room changing her night clothes to casual clothes. As she got out to her room, her bodyguard is right beside the door.
"Sam! Your early" Maki said and she chuckle "It's my duty Princess" she said "Call me Maki" maki said and Sam look at her confuse "why are you looking at me like that?" Maki ask "O-oh sorry about that princes- I mean Maki" Sam said while rubbing her back neck "I never called my master by name though" She said.
"Were friends, so it's fine" Maki said and start walking, Sam followed "Friend?" She ask in confuse "were friends right?" Maki said and Sam is still confuse "Hold on, don't tell me you don't know what 'friend' means?" Maki ask and Sam blink a couple of times.
"Is that a human thing?" She ask as she tilt her head. Maki sigh and chuckle at the same time "you can say that" maki said and start walking again "so where do we go maki?" She ask "library" she said and sam eyes wided "Oh! A book worm!" She said and maki slap her.
Sam chuckle and they pass by Niku and Eric. Sam give Niku a grin as she come closer to maki, Niku got jealous about it and Eric just chuckle.

Maki saw what Sam did and she give her a small punch in the stomach. "That's my maki" Niku whisper and maki look at him with a frown. By that Niku look away and start walking again. Eric say hi to Maki and follow Niku.
"May I ask, why you hate Niku?" Maki ask "It's a long story" She said and open the door for her. As Maki enter the library, Sam close the door but maki stop her "Your not coming inside?" She ask "Sorry Maki, I'm a guard." She said but maki still drag her inside
"I order you to stay by myside so c'mon" she said and grab her arm all the way to the book shelves. I never encounter like this before Sam thought.
As they walk through the book shelves, Maki saw Nozomi grabing a book. "Oh, maki" she said and smile, " and you must be maki's body guard" Nozomi said "this is Sam Deadwood, my personal body guard" maki said intruducing her "I'm Nozomi Tojo, Maki's friend" Nozomi said and smile "pleasure to meet you Nozomi" she said as she nod.
Maki look her and she still have a confuse look on her "Are gonna ask or not?" Maki ask and she startled "W-well, only one actually" she said. "What does friend means?" She ask amd Nozomi chuckle
" Friend is a person whom one knows and with whom one has a bond of mutual affection Sami-chi" Nozomi said "Oh! It's like a mate!" Sam said "Mate?" Maki ask "It's a bond for ones you truly love. "Are you okay maki?" Sam ask in concern "Y-yeah Sorry about that" Maki said Sam and Nozomi look at each other "alright then" She said and maki grab a book and left "Well, it's nice meeting you Sami-chi" Nozomi said, she smile and went to Maki.
While maki is reading her book, Sam is looking at her "Will you stop staring at me like that?" Maki said while reading her book "A-ah sorry about that, its just your ears are so round" She said and she slowly touching her ears, Maki startled and grab Sam ears "Stop that would yah?" Maki said as she stretch Sam's ears "Okay! okay! I'll stop!" Sam said in pain and maki remove her hands to Sam.
Sam rub her both ears, "why are you so interested in humans?" Maki ask Sam look at her "I like Humans, there fragile, nice and a hardworker" Sam said in excitment way "If you really want humans that much, why not I intruduce you to my other friends" maki said. "Are you sure though?" Sam ask
"Yeah, don't worry there nice" She said and they exit the library. They went to the garden were they saw Honoka, kotori, Umi and Hanayo "Hi Maki!" Honoka said and waved "Hey Honoka, this is Sam my body guard" Maki said.
"Oh your the one who save maki" Kotori said and Sam nod "Indeed, they were after her afterall" Sam said and smile. "Kayo-chin!!" Rin said and hug hanayo instantly that they fall down. Everyone chuckle "What brings you here maki?" Umi ask
"You see, Sam is really interested in humans so I thought that this will be a apportunity to meet her" maki said. Sam look at honoka with a interesting look "I'm Honoka kosoka! It's pleasure to meet you Sam!" Honoka said in a joyful way. By that Sam pinch her both ears
"I knew it! Human ears are so soft" Sam said and maki karate chop her head "quit it" she said and Sam went back to guard mode. "O...kay" Umi said as she blink a couple of times "you okay Honoka?" Kotori ask, "yeah, I'm fine...I hope Tsubasa didn't see that" She said "why's that?" Kotori ask again "He also love my ears" Honoka said.
Meanwhile. . . . .
"I can't believe it!" Niku said as he lay down his head in the table "Why Sam will be the guard of maki?" He said and pout, Eric and Eren laugh "Oh c'mon Niku, she just tease you earlier" Eric said "And not to mention, she's the best guard here at Bloodmoon" Eren said.
"Besides all that, you told her that maki is yours" Tsubasa said and suddenly he feel someone is touching her lovers ears "Uh you okay in there?" Eric ask "Someone touching my Honoka" Tsubasa said and the boys sigh "Probably Rin Tsubasa" Niku said with a frown "And will you stop with the 'Boyfriend senses' it annoys me" Niku said
"I can't help okay! One day you'll feel it too" Tsubasa said "Whatever" Niku said with a small blush. "How about let's go in the garden" Eric said and smile. "I'm down, let's go" Niku said as he stand up in his seat.
Garden. . . . .
"W-w-will you stop touching my ears" Sam said as Rin playing her ears "so pointy nya" Rin said in amazed "Rin stop it, your making her uncomfortable" Maki said. "Fiiiinnneeee" rin said and sigh. By that sam ears twitch "Nya! Do it again!" Rin said.
"Do what?" She ask confusely "Ear twitch nya!" Rin said "u-uh no?" Sam said, moving aside "Oh c'mon! Just once nya!" Rin said trying to convice her "N-no! No way!" Sam said as she cover her ears "Rin...." Maki said with a frown.
"Hey girls!" Eric said "Hi Eric!" Honoka said and suddenly Tsubasa grab her ears "Who touch your ears?" He ask "w-w-what are you talking about tsuba-kun, no one touch my ears" Honoka said but tsubasa didn't buy that.
"Sam.." he said and Sam startled "Did you touch her ears?" He ask with a blank look "I-I can't help it okay! There soft!" She said and tsubasa tackle her in his wolf state. "The soft ears are mine you nerd" he said.
Honoka sigh same goes to others "alright that's enough you two" Eric said as he split up the two. Tsubasa hug honoka and he stuck his tongue out.
Sam sigh as she dust her clothes, after she saw Niku walking closer to maki. Sam punch him in the face "Sam!" Maki said "what? It's my job" She said. Maki frown at her and went to Niku "That's not nice Sam nya"Rin said "Nah that's how Niku and I get along" she said watching the two.
"Are you alright?" Maki ask as she help him stand up "y-yeah I'm fine" Niku said while rubbing his cheek.
You must be wondering were Aiko is, well she's in her room trying to let out her mother side.
