We arrive at the Boba shop, its take in today, otherwise where the fuck would we go for this first date.
Theres a small lineup so we take our place behind everyone.
"You know, I've never actually had boba before" Bonnie smiles at me.
"You're gonna be so confused when placing your order" I shake my head, smiling.
Suddenly it's our turn to order.
"You order first" I tease Bonnie.
"I uh.... boba? Please" Bonnie orders.
"Toppings?" The cashier asks.
Bonnie glances at me with a bewildered look, making me laugh, "it's his first time trying and ordering boba, pretty sure he wants tapioca".
"Great! Flavor?"
"Uh, strawberry!" Bonnie blurts out.
"So a strawberry boba with tapioca?" The cashier asks. Bonnie nods.
"I'll have a strawberry boba with tapioca and chocolate syrup" I order.
Two minutes later our drinks are served, and we sit at a table by the window, getting to know each other. Then Bonnie asks a question that leaves me perplexed for a few minutes.
"Is this a date?" Bonnie asks.
"I- thought you heard me on the bus talking about it to my d- Garry" I say.
"What? I heard some things" Bonnie says.
"Well, do you want this to be a date?" I ask.
Bonnie bangs his forehead on the table, "yes" I hear him whimper when hes done.
"Then it is a date." I declare.
"But do YOU want it to be a date" Bonnie asks.
"I mean, this was already a date before you said you wanted it to be a date so yes?" I say, confused.
"Oh..."
"I think I have to go soon..." i say suddenly. "No wait, we have to go soon. Wait no-" I pause for a moment, listening carefully to the noises of the city. I hear sirens getting closer, screaming and shouting...
"No wait, you should stay here. Wait-" it depends how the cops enter the building.
"Whatever is happening I want to come with you" Bonnie says.
I nod sharply, suddenly cops enter the shop, pointing guns everywhere, "Foxy Arson, we heard you were here" everyone screams with fear, covering their heads and getting down.
"Get ready to run" I tell Bonnie.
"What's happening" Bonnie panics.
"You might get hurt but I have healing powers"
"So do i" Bonnie says.
"Great" I whisper.
"FOUND EM!"
"Run" i say, grabbing Bonnie's arm.
"OW" Bonnie yelps right after a gunshot. "I got shot in the leg" he sobs, stopping and collapsing on the ground.
I hear footsteps rounding the corner, "I dont have time to heal you" i say.
"GET EM" I hear the cops shout.
"Dont leave me behind" Bonnie cries.
I shake my head, picking him up bridal version and running, using wind to push us along.
Suddenly the FBI bursts through the back door, our only escape. I take a deep breath, my fingers glowing yellow as I heal Bonnie with my right hand. I let go of him with my other hand, shooting a blast of fire and wind toward the wall, apologizing to the shop owner. My healing power is going too slow! Damnit, I cant keep going like this, how are we supposed to get away?
Breathing in, wind comes out of the soles of my feet, and I'm soaring through the air, holding onto an unconscious Bonnie. He passed out from shock five minutes ago.
I hear gunshots and I realize I'm being chased through the air.
Bonnie wakes up and I finish healing him, finally, and yelps, realizing we're flying.
"Calm down" I say diving into the Bush, being covered by trees and leaves. We come out into the other side of the city, and we enter a huge mansion.
"Woah wait! Who's is this?" Bonnie asks, worried.
"Mine and the Twins'" I reply, shushing him. "I dont think I'm allowed to bring people in here, I dont think their home, but then again I'm not entirely sure." I say
We head upstairs and i hear footsteps coming down, "their home" i whisper.
I glance at Bonnie, who's face remains completely neutral right now.
I look around, scanning for a way to hide me and Bonnie.
"Oh hey Foxy! We didnt know you were home yet." Marionette says with a smile on her face.
"And you brought a guest. Studying. Practicing? Or hanging out?" Puppet says.
"Uhm, both?" I say, referring to all, but Puppet can read minds.
"Great! Welcome to the Mansion, Bonnie, we welcome everyone. Try not to get lost" Marionette greets.
"I got chased by the cops. The FBI was included" I say.
"And you brought Bonnie along?" Puppet says.
"Uh, yeah." I say, confused.
"Why!"
"He would've gotten shot! I was seen with him so they would've killed him as well. They shot his leg so I had to use my healing powers. Sorry. " I say, looking down.
"We told you not to use your powers on others!" Puppet growls at me.
I look at them with fear in my eyes, ready for it.
Puppet slaps me across the face four times. "If I dont see you two training in fifteen minutes, you know what's happening.
"I'm sorry" I say quietly, "yes. Sir" I say.
The twins reach the end of the stairs, and i flop down on the step i was standing on, sighing. Bonnie sits down beside me.
"They beat you?" He asks.
I say nothing, just blink away tears.
"We should go to the training facility" my voice shakes, and wobbles.
Bonnie follows me quietly to the elevator, we step inside and I scan my ID, making for elevator move.
Theres ten minutes left when we step into a huge open space, dimly lit.
"Life" I say, spreading my arms grandly.
"The twins beat you?" Bonnie asks again.
I nod silently, sniffing.
"Do you... have bruises?" He asks.
I nod again.
"Can you... show me?" Bonnie asks.
I slowly take off my shirt, lifting it over my head. I have bruises everywhere. I have a six pack of abs, because I was forced to work out two hours a day since I got here.
"I thought they would be nice, and love me for who I am like mom did. They didnt except my differences. I can change the brightness of my eyes because I'm different. I saw thing I shouldn't have. I know why we have elements and powers. I know why I'm the only one with everything" I explain.
The elevator dings, and Puppet comes through, laughing when he sees we arent training.
I rush to hug Bonnie, tears forming in my eyes, before I'm ripped away from him, and Puppet punches me.
I cry out in pain, and Bonnie screams, watching me knocked down to the floor, watching as Puppet kicks me.
"PUPPET STOP!" Bonnie screams with rage.
"Bonnie, dont get in his way", I gasp.
