How do you fight in a dress

A/n: hiii sorry I just got into the BNHA fandom that I promised myself I wouldn't get into but here I am I haven't updated at all so sorry again for that but I hope you enjoy this

The first thing we got to was a makeup stand that Acerola made us pause at, I do everything without a plan so I dived in headfirst. Dragging Lillie with me of course, after she picked colors "that would go well with me", whatever that meant I applied them. I did a less then stellar job but hey I looked halfway decent and no one could tell me that I didn't. "How do I look?" I asked coming out with the most half assed make up job they had probably ever seen and to add to that. before coming out I had tried to wipe it off but that didn't work so it was also smeared.

"You look like a jester who lost her job have kids that hate her and drinks to get away from it all" said Gladion with the most deadpan expression and voice. That caused everyone but him and Lillie to laugh, I puffed my cheeks in annoyance."well okay mr. emo do my makeup I'll let you train with my favorite knives if you can do any better." "Are you sure that's a bet you want to make" he teased "bring it" I challenged. I closed my eyes for ten minutes and came out like a princess, sighing in defeat I handed over the small sharp objects. "Thanks" he said with a slight grin that I waned to burn into my brain but at the same time slap off his face. "How are you so good, now that I'm thinking about it you apply your eyeliner every day too." He snorted after I finished washing off my face "you know I used to think you were smart." "I am, most of the time" I countered "and stop dodging the question" "no." "Do you not want to talk about it" "yes" he answered looking forward considering we had started walking again 

We walked towards jewelry stalls and tried on a few necklaces they were to uncomfortable so I opted for some type of bracelet. I managed to find a nice golden rimmed and green jeweled one that didn't weigh to much. Lillie got a nice light blue jeweled and white rimmed necklace that looked like it would weigh her head down. It was almost scary how she managed to keep her ladylike posture. We then got to ties and I glared at them, until of course  Gladion caught me and coughed. "Why are you glaring at something that you don't even have to wear?" "It's just begging for someone to catch you off guard and pull or choke you with it." I huffed "oh so like this?" He then proceeded to grab a tie and wrap it around my neck and bend down causing me to topple over.

I then dusted myself off and glared at him "exactly like that." "Ah well then that's good to know" he smirked. And I again wanted to slap it off of him but burn it into my brain so that I could remember it. "Your looking really conflicted right now" he ever so helpfully noticed, 'yes because of your stupid beautiful face' I wanted to scowl. But instead opted for the less embarrassing "I'm not sure weather to kill you right now or a few weeks later" I then squinted at him for dramatic affect. He scoffed and crossed his arms continuing to walk and that let me know that the conversation was over. 

I went back to his sister and we eventually got to dresses asked if there was anything in particular that she didn't like. "The colors white and green with each other" she sighed I shrugged and got her a modest sparkly white dress "it looked like snow" was the only answer she gave when everyone asked. I on the other hand needed great amounts of help which Lillie provided. I got a yellow and green dress that reached my knees "how do I look?" I asked while posing. "Like summer" said Gladion as I smiled "my least favorite season". "Well ouch" I said after a while those words sent Sun and Hau into a laughing fit. Gladion then turned around to face me "I never said that summer wasn't pretty" he sighed "pay more attention next time." 

"So it was a compliment that you failed to get out without some type of insult" I smirked going to pay for the dress at the stall. "yep, what can I say your hard to compliment" he grumbled back "oh it must be because no words can describe how beautiful I am to you." "Try again and maybe you'll get it right" "you just love and need me" "not even in my worst nightmares." "So loving and needing me is in your dreams then" he simply snorted "ahh your right in your best of dreams then." "No, I don't love you" "so you need me then" "well yes looking at it logically we all need you but what way we're you thinking of it." I blushed and it was all over "well out with it I don't have all day" he smirked "that is of course unless you just don't want to tell me for some reason." "You're mean" I sighed "I win though" he said as we went out in search for formal clothing that would be able to fit every guy we have here.

I then looked down at the money pouch I was protecting and realized there was much more money than there should be. "Yeah, Hau has a way with words" Lillie muttered before I could even ask. We both looked up to Hau chatting it up with the owner of the stall like they had known each other for years. "He gets great discounts and can talk people out of a lot of things" "well that's useful" I smiled to myself "yeah, it is." Said Lillie obviously just agreeing with everything I said at this point so she could look at Hau for longer.
