~Kenma x Fem reader part 1~ |fluff|

Prologue: You're a second year at Nekoma, and besides your beautiful features, you don't have many friends. You're not part of any clubs or any after school activities, but you're grades are really good, so it makes up for your lack of participation. You would be apart of somethings, if your life wasn't based around video games. They're what you've been obsessed with since you were young.

It's Thursday night, 11pm, and you're playing video games alone in your room. You're not lonely tho, you enjoy being alone with your pc and online friends. As you're playing, you hear a soft knock on the door, it's muffled from your headphones, but you can still hear it. You slip them off and spin around in your chair to see your mother opening the door. "I got called into work for the night shift, I'll be back in the morning, ok?" She says, you nod with a small smile and put your headphones back on, before continuing to play your game. You see her car leave the driveway before your phone goes off, a text.

On the phone

Mom: Don't be on your computer all night

You: I won't

Mom: mhm <3

You: <3
*read*

You put your phone down, and continue to play your game. Not too long after, a discord message pops up on your computer. Your face lights up when you read the username KozKenz. He's one of your online friends you met in a game, you've been talking for 6 months now. You never expected to talk to a random stranger as much as you did, but you both have so much in common that you play together every night now. You quickly open discord.

KozKenz: hi

You: hey

KozKenz: what r you doing

You: not much just playing a game, I should be studying tho :p

KozKenz: studying? I should too..I have a math test tomorrow morning T^T

You: really?! I do too haha

KozKenz: well, we study together if you want

You: sure that would be fun, wait what if it's all different..you know, you probably don't even go to Nekoma like me

KozKenz: oh...you go to Nekoma? I do too actually, I'm a second year

You: WHAT ME TOO! How have we never spoken before? We get along so well

KozKenz: yea, im not that social with people I don't already know, sorry

You: it's fine, I don't talk to anyone either, but I'd be down to meet you

"BWA WHY DID I JUST SAY THAT" you shout, laying your head down on your desk "he's gonna be so disappointed when he learns how boring I am person" you start before you get a message

KozKenz: me too, we're already friends online so I'd be into being friends in real life

Your face lights up

You: Great! Well tomorrow I'll have my hair in a bun with a bright red elastic, you'll be able to see me in math class in the morning (*'꒳'*)

KozKenz: mhm ill use my yellow phone case, I'm always on my phone anyway

You: me too haha, now let's study!

KozKenz: mhm

You spend the night studying with your friend, you get a bit distracted at some moments, you're too excited to meet him. You don't know why..but you blush every time you think of meeting him. He seems like such a great guy online, so meeting him in person will be the best!

KozKenz: it's kinda late, we should get to bed for tomorrow

You look at the time in the corner of your screen, 1am

You: yea we should, I lost track of time

KozKenz: I did too, you're fun to talk to, well ok night, cya tmr

You: you're fun too! Good night, see you then!

Your face got all red when he complimented you, you turned off your computer and wrapped the red elastic around your wrist so you wouldn't forget it tomorrow. As you lay down in bed your face was still all red and you let out a few screams of excitement into your pillow before falling asleep.
