Chapter 4

~Justin~

I woke up in the middle of the night to Natalie screaming. 'No no no!! She shouldn't have to go through this' I Said in my head. I picked her up and ran for the woods. When we got to a clearing I laid her down gently. I sat down and cradled her body whispering smoothing words into her ear.

She let out one last ear piercing scream that turned into a howl of agony. I looked down at her and gasped she was beautiful. She was pure white except for the tip of her tail was black. It contrasted to mine black wolf with a white tip tail perfectly. Everyone gasped but I ignored it.

My wolf stirred inside me and whispered one thing 'mate'. A huge grin spread my lips as I thought that this beautiful creature in my arms is all mine. I get to call her mine.

The rest rushed back to the house and I sat there starring at her. She stirred and shifted back completely naked but I didn't mind. "Justin?" She whimpered "shh I'm here baby girl don't worry I got you." I say holding her tight soon she drifts back to sleep.

I stood up and took off my shirt slipping it over her body. Then I started carrying her back to the pack house. I walked up to her room. I shifted her slightly in my arms to open the door. I walked in kicking the door shut, I laid her in the bed and slipped in beside her. I hugged her body into me ,loving the feel of electricity flying through us, as she curled in a ball laying on me her head on my chest. I kissed her head and ran my fingers through her hair. "I'll always protect you Natalie, I won't let anything harm you. I love you." I whispered falling asleep.

-1 week later-

I looked down at the angel in my arms. Ever since she shifted she has slept. She will sometimes wake up for a couple seconds but then she goes back to sleep. I was getting worried. I hadn't left her side I haven't eaten either. But if she can't eat I won't either. "Natalie, baby, please wake up, I need you I'm worried please wake up." I plead to her sleeping form. I buried my face in her hair even though it has been a week since she showered last her hair is as soft and smells as good as ever. I feel a tear slip out. I blink the rest back though.

I look at her face and just stare. After a while her eye twitches and she stirs in her sleep. "mm Justin? What's going on?" she asks looking up at me. "Natalie, oh baby girl your awake!!!!" I cheer as I hug her close to me. She hugs me back. "What do you mean I'm awake I've only been asleep for a while." I pull back just enough to look at her. "Natalie you were asleep for a week." I say she looks shocked "I missed my birthday?!?!?!" she exclaims. I laugh " Really Natalie that's the question you ask?" She looks down and blush "sorry" she whispers so low that I almost didn't catch it.

I wrap my arms around her waist and hug her to my chest. She tenses up as she feels the sparks flow through us. I lean back and look in her eyes. "Justin?" She whispers in astonishment. I nod and smile at her. She stares in my eyes as a smile makes it ways on to her face as well.

I cup her cheek in my hand and stare at her face. I slowly lean in and notice that she's leaning in as well. Our lips meet in barely a brush. I feel fireworks and electricity course through our bodies. We make it more passionate and I wrap my arms around her waist hers snaking around my neck. She weaves her hands in my hair and pulls lightly making me moan. She pulls back and smiles up at me a light blush creeping up her face. She throws herself at me clinging to me stuffing her face in my chest, I squeeze her tightly to me, stuffing my face in her neck.

"How long have you known?" She asks into my chest. "I was pretty sure for a long time, but I confirmed it the night you shifted." I feel her tears, hugging her tightly I ask "Baby girl, what's wrong?" I ask pain in my voice that she is crying. "I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to make you sit here as I was sick." Oh she was worried about me, how cute "oh Baby girl don't cry. I'm fine. Everything's ok." I reassured her rubbing circles on her back. Soon she calmed down and the tears stopped.
