Y/n's POV
I wake up to some loud ass thumping and I roll over and see mattia still laying next to me. And then he wakes up.
Mattia: "what the fuck is that noise."
Y/n: "I don't know but it's making me mad."
Then I groan and throw the pillow over my head. Then I hear Ale and Kai yelling.
Kai: "U CANT GOT UP THEIR U DUMB ASSES!"
Ale: "BRO MATTIA, Y/N THE POLICE ARE COMING UP STAIRS."
And me and mattia look at each other with wide eyes and right as I'm about to hop out of bed the door bust open.
Police: "THIS IS NEW JERSEY STATE POLICE."
And as me and mattia are just looking around confused as what's going on. One of the police officers ripped the blankets off of me and mattia. It's a good think mattia had boxers cuz he got up to get something to drink in the middle of the night but I didn't. So I was completely naked.
Mattia: "YO WHAT THE FUCK."
And he puts the blankets back over me and gets up and gets all in the officers face.
Mattia: "WHY THE FUCK WOULD U DO THAT."
And he starts shoving the officer.
Police: "sir I'm going to need u to calm down."
But he doesn't t he just gets more mad. And as him and the officer are going at it the girl grabs me and puts me in hand cuffs but I still have the sheet around me.
Y/n: "WHAT THE FUCK ARE U DOING..... GET OFF ME..... MATTIA... MATTIA HELP ME!!.."
And the I hear a taser go off.
Mattia: "AHHH FUCK!"
Y/n: "MATTIA."
And I run out of the officers hand and drop down next to mattia. And i laid my head down on him because my hands were in cuffs so I couldn't hold him. And Kai and Ale come in and see mattia on the ground. And the officer picks me up.
Police: "y/n u are under arrest of the murder of ur parents Elizabeth Hernandez and Mike Freeman. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for you!"
Y/n: "MIKE FREEMAN IS NOT MY DAD HE IS THE GUY MY MOM WAS CHEATING ON MY DAD WITH U BITCH!!! AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT UR TALKING ABOUT.!"
And I start to push back on the officer trying to slow her down.
Police: "stop resisting me."
But I continue and start trying to get out then I feel a hard stinging sensation in my back and hear a taser. And I drop to my knees and everything goes black. And I wake up and I am on this hard ass bed. And I sit up and look around and see that I'm in a jail cell.
Y/n: "YO WHAT THE FUCK SOMEONE LET ME OUT OF THIS HELL WHOLE."
And then I see one on the officers who arrested me come up to the cell And I look at her badge and see her name is cilia. So I get up and walk to the door of the cell.
Y/n: "oh hey cilia are u here to get me out."
Cilia: "actually I-"
Y/n: "oh that's great because I need some food I'm starving..... u know what I'm mean ya girl gotta eat."
Cilia: "if u would of let me finish I was going to say no I'm not I just wanted to tell u that ur little boyfriend or who ever he is got arrested also but ur two other buddies luckily got away before we could get them."
And I felt my heart drop to the pit of my stomach.
Y/n: "WHAT THE FUCK DO U MEAN HE GOT ARRESTED TO."
Cilia: "just what I said he got arrested for possession of illegal drugs and possession of a authorized weapon and hitting and a officer."
So I grab her by the collar of her shirt and pull her face into the bars.
Y/n: *whispers in ear* "u listen and u listen good u are going to make sure my man gets out by next week or in 5 days or else when I get out imma come and kill u. U stupid bitch u don't know who the fuck u guys are playing with right now."
And I let go of her and I kinda shove her backing cause her to stumble a little bit.
Cilia: "u really think u scare me huh.. well just FYI u don't scare me at all.... ya I know who u are and trust me I'm not scared... and ur little boyfriend... he will get out when he gets out."
And she rolls her eyes and walks away. She is gonna wish she never said that because when I get out of here I'm coming for her and I'm not gonna stop till I find her.
*20 minutes later*
I've been sitting her forever and they still haven't brought me my food.
Guard: "yo come eat dinner time then 15 minutes after that lights out."
And he unlocks my cell and I get up and walk out the door and just stand their.
Guard: "what?"
Y/n: "where the fuck is the cafeteria I haven't been here before... damn people are just getting on my nerves and they need to get off of them."
Guard: "well damn I didn't know u haven't been here before... just follow me. U stuck up snob."
Wait a damn minute I know he did not just call me a stuck up snob.
Y/n: " i know u didn't just call me a snob. Like I know I got money and shit but trust me I'm not a snob."
And we finally make it to the cafeteria and I look at him and roll my eyes and he walks away. And I start scamming the room for mattia sense they arrested him to. But I didn't see him so I just went in the line for some good and sat my ass down before someone tried to start something because I'm not in the damn mood today. Then I hear someone yelling
?: "HEY U CANT GO TO THIS LUNCH!"
And I turn around to see mattia running at me and I get up and he starts to slow down and I run the rest of the way and hug him as tight as I could.
Y/n: "mattia I'm so glad ur ok I saw u get tased and I wasn't sure if u were ok or not."
Then he cups his hand around my cheek.
Mattia: "yes princess I'm ok I just wanted to check up on u sense they tased u to. How are u holding up?"
Y/n: "good I guess people are already getting on my nerves."
Then I see one of the guard walking toward us.
Y/n: "mattia the guards are coming don't resist please."
Mattia: "I won't" *whispers* "my trail is in 2 days it's on wedsday and I don't think they have any evidence on me about the drugs and guns but i did hit one of the officers for tasing u but when I get out I'm gonna get u out to I promise. I love u."
Then he kisses me on the lips and the guards take him away.
Y/n: "I LOVE U TO !"
And he turns around and I see a huge grin on his face which makes me smile. And I see all of the girls stairing at me.
Y/n: "BOO CAN I HELP U ALL WITH SOMETHING!"
And they all look away.
Y/n: "THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT!"
And I see one of the girls is still staring at me. And I just ignore it and I wait about 5 minutes to look over and see this bitch still stairing at me.
Y/n: "WHAT THE FUCK ARE U LOOK AT... DO U HAVE A PROBLEM OR SOMETHING BECAUSE U DON'T WANNA FUCKING MESS WITH ME BECAUSE IM NOT IN THE DAMN MOOD RIGHT NOW!"
Then she gets up and starts walking over to me so I get up.
The girl: "actually I do I don't like the way u were talking to me."
Y/n: "ummm actually it wasn't specifically for u it was for everyone but if u wanna think that it was just for u go ahead make ur self the center of attention. Or I can just say something right now that is just for u."
Girl: "then say it.... I dare u whatch u get ur shit rocked."
Y/n: "u know u don't scare me right.....I've delt with people much more aggressive than u and I can still take them... oh and by the way u don't even know who I am do u. Oh wait that's right u don't because ur ass has been stuck is this ugly ass jail for god knows how long and I bet you've gone psycho."
Girl: " ya ur not about to be acting all hard and tough when this fist connects with ur face."
And she swings and I duck and she swings again and I duck and by this put I'm ready I'm ready to take this bitch on and show her who the fuck she is messing with. So I swing and I hit her straight in the jaw and she falls to the ground then I just start hitting her over and over again and then I just can't stop no matter how hard I try I couldn't stop then the next thing I know I was banging her head in the ground and their was blood everywhere. Then I heard a gun go off and I felt a really hard sting in the left shoulder.
Y/n: "AHHH FUCK."
And I stop beating the girls head in and turn around to see cilia with the gun in her hand walking toward me on that bitch is gonna regret it and I walk up to her take I swing and this bitch tases me. And I drop to the ground and she puts cuff and shackles on me. And picks me up and we starts walking. And we get down this hall.
Y/n: "I bet u have been waiting for that moment to shoot me and not get in trouble for it."
But she doesn't answer me then I see these rooms with doors and one window and a little slot in it where it looks like they would give u food. Oh no... oh hell nah she's taking me to solitary confinement.
(And if u don't know what that is I think it is where they take people that have like gotten into fights or just hurt someone really bad they put them in their to keep them away from other people to stop them from hurting other people I think but if u need more information cause ur still not sure just look it up but this is what it looks like.)

So I start to resist her.
Y/n: "no.... NO I DON'T WANNA GO IN THEIR PEOPLE SAY U WILL GO CARZY IN THEIR AND I DON'T WANNA GO CRAZY."
And she takes my shackles off and shoves me in their and slams the door.
Y/n: "WHY AREN'T U TALKING U BUMB ASS SAY SOMETHING."
And she pulls the latch down. In the front where they slip food in.
Cilia: "give me ur hands."
And I give her my hands and she takes off the cuff and I twist my wrist around be the hurt because she had those damn things on to tight.
Y/n: "when will I get out of here?"
Cilia: "when ur trial comes up."
Y/n: "and when is that exactly!"
Cilia: "in about 3 weeks."
Y/n: "WHAT!!!!"
Cilia: "oh and just so u know they might put u back in here as long as ur going to be here because they don't play when I comes down to killing people."
Y/n: "WHAT NO THEY CAN'T DO THAN AND I DIDN'T EVEN KILL THE GIRL."
Cilia: "ya u did they just said that she was dead on my radio."
And she shuts the panel thing and walks away.
Y/n: "GOD DAMIT!"
And i slam my fist into the wall.
