Violet's POV

It's been about 2 months at SHIELD, although I still hate SHIELD with everything in me, the people aren't to terrible... well, not all of them. So I've been in training all this time, and it's get easier to train, although of course Fury's determind to make it harder.

So I'm on a break right now from training, and I'm taking it easy. Yea, that's right, they give me breaks now. It's kind of an award since I haven't escaped. Which I don't know why I haven't tried to, I'm kind of known for escaping.

As I was sitting on a bench drinking my water, good old Cap came in.

"Fury, asked me to help you train," he said, walking towards me.

"He thinks you can take me down? Bring it," I said jokingly, but slightly cocky.

"He told me to take you into a room, that takes away your powers while in the room. That's where we'll train."

Ohh, so I can't use my powers to take him down. That's not gonna go well.

"You remember what I said about 'bringing it', yea, I changed my mind. You don't have to bring it," I said, slightly nervous.

"Come on, purple hair."

"You know, you could really use some lessons from Tony about nicknames."

I have purple streaks in my hair, in case you forgot, hence the nickname I earned.

We walked to the no power thing room, and like usual a few SHIELD agents would walk in a circle around me, without cruches they think I'll escape. We entered a training falcility that looked about the same as where I've been training. Except this place you can't use your powers.

"So, some other agents and I are going to help you with your combat training. Then someone else is going to help you with your powers."

"Who?"

Just then the door opened, and in came two other agents. I recognized them by Black Widow and Hawkeye. Agent Natasha Romanoff and Agent Clint Barton.

"Them, their gonna help," Steve said.

"We're gonna what," Clint said, apparently he didn't know of this.

"You remember, when I said you're gonna help train," Natasha said. Clint nodded his head. "Say hello to your trainee."

"First, we're gonna work on hand to hand," Steve said, getting back on track.

"Lesson 1, always be prepared," Natasha said, walking up to me. Then she dropped to her knees, and kicked my knees in, making me fall on the floor. Before I could react, she had my arm behind my back, pulling in towards my shoulder blade.

"Now, before I can go the rest of the way, what's your move," she asked, while I struggled. She kept pulling in farther by the second, "You could either keep struggling and allow me to dislocate your shoulder, or you could take your free arm, grab me, and flip me. Your call."

I did as she said, with my free arm, I reached behind me, grabbed her arm, and flipped her over me. I thought I did good, until she landed perfectly after being flipped.

"Decent," she told me.

Many Hours Later

"Okay, your done for the day," Natasha told me.

"Yes! Finally!"

"With hand to hand combat," she finished.

"Now I come in," Clint said.
