At the moment Alice wasn't doing so well. 

She ate more, to make the boys happy because they were so smiley when she ate with them but in secret, she started to make herself vomit and at home, she ate less again. 

Still enough to be okay but it was a setback, people were suspicious but didn't confront her, scared to make it worse. 

Alice still went to therapy weekly and to her doctor every two weeks. 

Together with Peggy Schuyler, her trusted therapist, they discovered that the fault for her fall was seeing the weight gain for the first time on her body. 

Alice's cheeks had filled out and her ribs now were harder to see. Her legs and arms were still skinny but you were able to see a change, she looked healthier. 

But she didn't feel it, it made her feel disgusting and worthless. 

Right now the duo was desperately trying to get Alice out of her downward spiral and they did that with work. 

Alice took on more jobs at the time and was also designing her own merch, just for fun but if she wanted to go through with it, she could. 

Working herself out of that situation wasn't easy but she filmed a few videos for her channel and distracted herself. 

Jaden was gone a few times, still planning things in the studio. When Kio and Quinton asked Alice to go shopping with them she was hesitant. 

Trying new things on, when you just came out of that deep? But she needed a change in her style, not feeling the cutesy look most of the time nowadays. 

It was what she felt comfortable in for a long time because she knew it worked but the Asian wanted to try out different things, so she decided to go with the boys. 

Picking them up in the early morning was quite funny. 

Kio was still half asleep and Quinton seemed like he had seventeen coffee. 

Bryce had also informed Alice that there would be a party at Jaden's place in the evening and officially invited her. 

Everybody knew that Alice would be there but they also knew that she would feel uncomfortable, scared to ruin the evening, so they made it clear that they wanted the girl with them. 

Alice looked a little out of place walking between the taller boys who had a darker style while she was wearing a long, flowy skirt with a pullover that was so much bigger so that she had to fold the sleeves. 

They ran into quite a few fans of the boys and even some of Alice's. 

They took pictures with them and the papz joined them, who could have guessed. 

Turns out Alice was very good at getting rid of people in a polite way, showing newfound confidence. 

Turns out the stores in the mall weren't of much use to them, considering their styles, so they just went to the food court, where they decided to hit up a few thrift-shops after eating. 

It was surprising how fast Alice at her salad. Sure the boys were already done but they expected at least another twenty minutes of distracting her, and smuggling a few fries on her plate. 

The three barely noticed the fans and people taking photos of them while walking by. Well, Alice didn't. The boys did but tried not to let Alice know to save her from embarrassment. 

In said thrift stores they found clothes, many of them. 

Alice decided that it would be fun if everybody looked for one person at the time, so they started off with looking for things for Kio. 

After a while Quinton and Alice sat on the chairs in front of the dressing room, waiting for Kio to come out every time. 

Most of the things were a hit and his pile grew. 

When they wanted to look for Quinton's things, they decided to just leave their things in the changing room, giving Alice a near heart attack when Quin walked in and there were to clothes. 

He was in the wrong stall. 

Shopping for Alice turned out to be a little harder, seeing as she didn't really know what she wanted. For a good hour, you could hear: "Allie, here!" 

"Look at this!" 

"This dress would look cute on you!" 

"Hey what size do you want?" 

To say the car was full, was an understatement, Quinton was literally hugging one of the bags when he muttered a "How the fuck am I hungry again?" 

"Kio in my bag, it's somewhere here are snacks and something to drink." 

"You are an angel Alice." 

"So I've been told."

 Alice left them at the sway house before she went to her apartment to have a cuddle session with Peaches, Mittens, and Pebbles while procrastinating on what to wear to the little party. 

She knew that it was more of a casual thing. After her shower Alice back in front of her dresser again. Eventually, she decided on an outfit which she liked to call "Daddy's got money and makes me play tennis". 

It was a white skirt with a white hoodie on top of it, with white socks that went over the ankle and white shoes. She was basically all in white but it looked good on her now, slightly tanned skin. 

After feeding the cats and making sure that they had everything they needed Alice left again. 

Her shopping bags were still unpacked but she was too lazy to do that in her little time. Jaden had awaited her and let Alice in, leading her to the backyard where some others were. 

Josh and his friends from Canada were on the roof and Alice nearly didn't notice but Quinton was hiding behind one of them. 

In triumph Quinton threw his hands in the air, escaping the motherly figure when Kio pointed directly at him while talking to Alice. 

"Quinton Griggs. Get off the roof!" 

"Awh, Allie!"
