Dinner had gone fairly well. 

Halo set the table with breakfast plates so that it would seem smaller to Alice. 

The Hossler's had watched Alice's video, explaining her eating habits, on Jaden's request. And they were surprised when they saw Alice eating well. 

She mainly ate the salad but she did eat some meat and bread that Jaden had given her. 

His family quickly figured out how this worked; Alice picked a food she liked and put as much as she thought she could eat on her plate and Jaden put something he thought would be good for her on her plate. 

They could see how Alice was fighting at the end, but she did it, she cleared her plate. 

Alice was proud of herself and so was Jaden. 

She ate in front of people she didn't really know, and she finished a plate. 

Jaden kissed the side of her head lovingly and Alice giggled, squeezing his hand. It was adorable to watch for the rest of the family. 

After dinner, the two were pretty tired and decided to head to bed. 

Alice was a bit confused that Jaden had a big bed in his childhood home but they probably just got it in case he comes home to visit. 

They attempted to watch a movie but Jaden fell asleep and Alice turned it off.

Jaden was still asleep when she woke up so Alice decided to get ready and head downstairs. 

Amy was already sitting in a hanging chair on the porch with a mug in her hand. 

"Good morning Amy." 

"Good morning. Oh my! That's a very cute outfit, Allie!" 

Alice was wearing one of her skirts with a wool jacket as her top. 

"Thank you. Do you want another coffee?" 

The blonde gave Alice her mug. "Yes please, with two sugars." 

Alice headed to the kitchen to get both of them a cup of coffee, hers black, and Amy's with sugar. 

"Here you go." 

"Thank you, do you want to join me?" 

Alice sat down beside Jaden's mom. T

hey were quiet for a while, enjoying the rising sun on their skin. 

"Can I ask you something, Alice?" 

"Sure, go ahead." 

"Do you intend on hurting my boy?" 

With wide eyes, the Asian turned to look at Amy. "No. Never. He is such a good human being, he is so genuine, caring, and nice. I could never intentionally hurt him. We might fight at some point but-" 

"Thank you, Alice." 

"Can I ask you something too?" 

Amy nodded, putting her empty mug down on the ground beside her. 

"Jaden told me that you are very religious and that you guys pray before every meal, and you didn't do it at dinner yesterday. I just wanted to make sure if everything is okay?" 

"Oh we didn't want to ask you if you are religious, it seemed rude."

"I am religious." 

"That's awesome, do you want to talk about it?" 

"Sure, so I don't know if you have seen the video on my upbringing?" 

"Yeah, we watched it." 

"That's good, so in Germany, I went to the YMCA as a child, and then when we moved to America, I felt lost and looked for something similar and I found a YMCA where I continued to go to and then I started working there." 

"Did the family in Germany force you to go there?" 

"Oh no they didn't ta first I just walked there with one of the children but at some point, I decided to join and that was one of the best decisions I made. I still have to look for one in LA I would like to work there again." 

"That's great. Do you make money off of it?" 

"No, its volunteer work." 

Halo and Soph joined them not long after that conversation and John was now there as well. 

"I'll go and look if Jay is awake." 

He wasn't. 

Alice jumped on his bed and accidentally jumped on him, but all he did was groan and turn around in the other direction. 

"Come on baby. We want to have breakfast. You gotta get up." 

"What did you just call me?" 

"I called you baby. Is that okay?" 

"It's more than okay, I love it." 

"Good to know. Now get up baby." 

"Allie, do you want to go on a date tonight?" 

"Sure Jay."

After breakfast, Allie went to the farmers market with Amy to let Jaden catch up with his dad. 

Deciding to break the nonexistent rules in their relationship, Alice bought a flower bouquet knowing that Jaden was a sucker for flowers. 

When they got back Jaden and John were still out and his sisters decided to head to their own houses. 

Jaden texted Alice at some point that she could pack a bag for their date if she'd like. 

This was the perfect way she could hide the flowers from him until she would gift them. 

Amy and Alice had a fabulous time, preparing dinner, having eaten a small thing at the market so they wouldn't be hungry at lunch. 

Amy had brought out the board games after they made a cake, so you could say that they were bored but they never ran out of material to talk about. 

At some point they were just laying in the sun, tanning while talking. 

Alice didn't bring a bikini, so Amy gave her one that was too small for her. 

Alice felt uncomfortable at first but it didn't last long. 

Amy made sure to update his son on his little girlfriend, knowing that he was a worried mess right now. 

Alice had already achieved a place in Amy's heart. She took a liking towards the girl when she saw how happy she made Jaden, and that is what he needed.
