My steps are light and careful along the cliff. The waterfall below gave off an ethereal feeling, its droplet forming multiple rainbows. I love it here, the view from the top is really amazing. The breeze, oh, the breeze feels great against my skin. I feel like I'm on top of the world! Although, it's just one waterfall cliff. It's a bit cold, yes, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
"Hey! You're...!" Huh? Who's that? A friend?
"Whaaat? I can't hear you, the water is loud!" I yelled.
"Get down!" The person yelled back.
"Oh, I know how to get down! It's nice here!"
Ooh, look! There are quite a few persons up here. They must like hanging out up here, too, huh?
"Don't move!" One of them said. Why do they look worried?
Ooh, the rocks are so nice to step on. Especially on your bare foot.
"Stay there!" Another one said.
"Why? What are you guys playing? It's nice skipping on the rocks!"
"It's dangerous!" They are nearer now that I don't have to shout to speak, just speak a little louder.
"What? It's not even that hig— Whoops! Almost slipped there, haha!"
Sundown! Quinn is returning today.
"Guys, I'm leaving first, it was fun playing witcha!"
A little step here, and climb down here, some makeshift steps here, and ta-da! I'm back on the main road. Now... Quinn would definitely use this—
"There you are! I've been looking for you."
A man in light blue uniform greeted me, his smile so lovely and voice so soothing and in his hand a small bag and by his feet a small luggage and he dropped his bag and opened his arms and—
"I missed you!" His arms lifting and hugging me so tight it feels like he hasn't left me for months.
"How's my cheekiest troublemaker, hmm?" He said with that soft laugh while peppering my face with kisses.
"It has been so boring without you here! I found this reaaally amazing place, let's go there later! Together!"
"Okay, of course, anything for you. But first: did you take your meds like I told you to while I'm away?"
"Those little candies in pale colours? Yeah! Only because you asked me to, Quinn!"
