SHOTO POV
TRIGGER WARNING FOR SENSITIVE READERS- BLOOD, GORE, FIGHTING, AND JUST BAD STUFF (teehee)
A loud explosion erupts in the boy's side of the dorms, followed by someone screaming, "DIE!"
I groan loudly and stand up from my chair, the furniture legs screeching while they scratch the floor. I run out of the dining room, letting my food falling on the floor.
I sprint to the dorms, dodging the flying debris and stepping over broken pieces of drywall.
"DIE DABI!"
Ah, fuck. Someone found out that Touya is- was a villain. And I'm sure that it was Baku-
SLAM
A blast lands on my face, marking my cheek with ash. I fall onto the ground, hearing a loud CRACK from my chest. I brace myself for more attacks. When none come, I slowly lower my arms, though keeping my guard up. I stagger to my feet, nearly tripping over a doorknob.
I limp to the fighting, clutching my torso with my left hand. 'What the hell is happening?'
I break through a wall, stumbling into the current scene.
"BAKUGOU! WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?" I roar, shooting a shard of ice into his leg.
He howls in agony, sending a blast in my direction, "DON'T PROTECT HIM! HE'S A VILLAIN!"
I dive into the ground, hiding behind a broken cupboard. The explosion grazes my arm, scorching my turtle neck's sleeve. I place my back on the furniture, prepping my hand to fire bullets of flames.
A scream makes its way around the room, bursting my eardrums.
I roll on the floor and aim at Bakugou, warming up my fingertips. I was about to shoot before I see him on the ground, groaning and holding his thigh. A few tears drip down the side of his cheekbones, cleaning his cinder covered face.
I look down at his leg, seeing something worse than a 4th-degree burn on it. His skin and muscles were melting, his femur bone was dissolving into a cream-white puddle.
I hold my hand over my mouth, swallowing back the vomit climbing its way up my esophagus. My eyes burn from the heat intensity, my entire body shivering from fear.
My brother, curled into a ball with his azure flames engulfing his body. He rests his head between his bent knees, his shoulders shaking and figure trembling.
Touya looks up at me. His tears replaced with blood and his entire jaw and skin on his neck seared. It's discolored to a disgusting red and purple, peeling off like a terrible sunburn.
He reaches out his hand, pointing at me, "Help, Shoto," he croaks, then passes out on the ground. His body slumped on the floor, positioned at an awkward angle.
I pull myself to my feet, grabbing the broken cupboard to hoist myself up. I stumble over to Touya, spraying ice on the ground to freeze the fire in the room.
"Tou-Chan?" I shake his shoulder, "Hey, Tou-Chan!" Shit, he's out cold.
I walk over to Bakugou, forcing myself to not look at his leg. I kneel next to him and pick up his chest, his pained eyes staring at me.
"Don't worry Bakugou, I'm sure help is coming," I say, holding his head in my arm.
His orbs trail down to his thigh, they widen when they get a better look at the missing part of his leg.
"Todoroki..." he starts, but is unable to finish. His eyes roll to the back of his head and he passes out.
I scream, "HELP! SOMEBODY HELP!"
I continue yelling until my throat aches. Then, after less than a minute, a familiar black-haired teacher runs into the room.
"What happened here!?" Aizawa demands, rushing over to me and the collapsed blonde.
I shake my head, "I-I don't know sir."
He uses his scarf to remove Bakugou from my arms, holding him with the help of his capture gear. "Can you get your brother?"
I nod and stand up, using my teacher's leg to help. I walk over to my unconscious brother, grabbing his midsection and pulling up his scrawny body.
I stagger out of the room, following Aizawa. When we walk back into the hallway and out of the rubble, Recovery Girl and my classmates are in the lounge.
I set Touya on one of the beds the nurse brought in, placing him next to Bakugou. As the nurse kisses Bakugou at least 10 times, my classmates turn to me, eyes scared, angry, worried, or relieved. It only takes one kiss to heal my fractured rib.
"Todoroki-Kun," Midoriya steps in front of the others, poking his fingers together nervously. "What did Kacchan mean by-"
I slap my palm over his mouth, muffling his next words. I lean down towards his ear and whisper, "Don't Midoriya."
He nods rapidly and heads over to Bakugou, hovering his hand over his now bandaged limb. A few tears stream down his face and fall next to the blonde.
I force myself to look away and focus on my brother. His sleeping face looks peaceful and painless. Recovery Girl kisses his forehead, healing his burns.
"I'm going to have to staple his skin back together," the nurse says. "Otherwise it will fall apart."
She grabs her staple gun and punctures his skin repeatedly, landing in the areas underneath his eyes. She staples a curve from his bottom lip to his ears and another circle in his mid-chest around his back.
Once she's finished, she walks over to Aizawa and beckons for him to bend down to her height. The nurse whispers something in his ear and he nods, either in agreement or understanding.
The 18 other students and I all sit down on the furniture while Touya, Bakugou, Recovery Girl, and Aizawa all leave, most likely heading to the infirmary or to speak with Principal Nezu about the issue.
"Todoroki," Kaminari begins, "What happened? And why did Bakugou call him Da-"
I shoot him an intimidating glare, tears glisten in my eyes, threatening to fall.
Kirishima places a hand on my shoulder, an attempt to comfort me, "Todoroki, what aren't you telling us?"
I twiddle my thumbs, striving to avoid eye contact with my classmate.
"Todoroki," the redhead urges, grasping my shoulder harder, but not enough to hurt.
I sigh and slump my back, covering my face with my hands to prevent him and everybody else from seeing me break down.
"My brother, he-" I wipe away a tear, "he used to be a villain. My father wanted to keep his identity a secret."
A couple of the students gasp, others eyes widen.
Uraraka stands up and slams her hands on the chair's arms, "AND YOU DIDN'T TELL US THIS? BAKUGOU COULD'VE DIED!!!" she crosses her forearms and stomps her foot on the ground angrily, "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL US TODOROKI? HE COULD'VE KILLED ALL OF US!"
Teardrops stream down her face as she sits back down on the couch, Iida hugs her and pulls the brunette towards him, whispering sweet nothings into her ear to calm his enraged friend.
Shinsou runs his fingers through his purple hair, "I knew I recognized his Quirk, but doesn't that mean that he's..."
I hug my arms and look at my classmates, "Yeah Shinsou. My brother is the Ash Villain Dabi."
