I love you

Arthur's POV

Damn it! Damn you Diana! Now she thinks I'm weird. Because I told her I loved her. And I meant it. But that doesn't mean she feels the same way. Now what do I do? How can I get past this? Will she ever speak to me, or will she mock me about it? God I had no damn idea what to do. I lost every chance of being with her. Because of my stupid feelings. I sighed and ran a hand through my hair. Stupid me, stupid feelings. God. Why? Why did I have to sit on that stupid rope?

"Arthur?", I heard her voice. Oh god. Why? Is she coming to tell me she doesn't feel the same? I hope not. "Arthur come on, don't hide from me. Come talk to me like a man", she said. I sighed. Here goes nothing. I stepped into the doorway of the room I was in. Making the lights com on. She turned and saw me. She rolled her eyes. "I don't know what it is with you and Bruce with making a dramatic entrance", she said putting her hands on her hips.

"Lizzie, whatever I said I.....", I had no idea what to say. But she pushed me into the room. "It was beautiful Arthur, you don't have to hide after you tell people your feelings, we've known each other for how long? You were never able to keep things from me for too long, even though we never met in person, we basically known each other our whole lives, and you say you love me, you really mean that?", she said. She was looking me right in the eye with those beautiful eyes of hers. I sighed. "Lizzie", I said. She got closer, she put her hand on my covered chest. "Do you?", she whispered to me. I looked her in the eye. "Yes", I whispered to her. She smiled a little. "Good, because I love you too", she whispered to me.

My eyes widened in shock. She loved me back? "You do?", I whispered to her. She smiled at me. "Of course I do Arthur, I have for a long time. Why do you think I pushed you away, why I was so scared of losing you, I'm scared of losing you, because I love you", she said. A smile grew on my face. She loves me. She loves me back. I grabbed her by the hips and brought her closer to me. Connecting our lips. She smiled in the kiss and kissed me back. She wrapped her arms around my neck and started to play with my hair. Mmm. I grabbed her closer. Making no space between the two of us. I squeezed her hip. She moaned into my mouth. I smirked. I loved the sounds she makes.

I pinned her to the wall. I started to make kisses and bites here and there on her neck. Making her moan. "Arthur", she moaned my name. I smirked again and brought her legs around my waist. I had to feel all of her. Even if it meant she still had her clothes on. She pulled my hair and pushed my mouth closer to her neck. I moaned against her skin. I went lower and lower till I got to her collar bone. I sucked and kissed it. I felt her thrust at my hips. Oh that's how she wants to play is it?

I stopped and looked at her. She seemed to be in a trance. "Is that how you want to play, huh baby. Cause if you continue your little teasing there, I will rip your clothes off", I said smirking at her. She blushed. She's so cute when she blushes. I set her back down softly. I kissed her forehead. "We can continue this later baby girl, somewhere where we have full privacy", I said against her skin. "That's if we have a later", she mumbled. I looked down at her to see her sad. I sighed. I cupped her chin to make her look up at me. "And if we don't, I'll be glad I told the woman I loved that I loved her. I can die happily that I finally found you and told you I loved you, your the one thing that's kept me going baby girl, I love you. And nothings going to change that. So if I die today, I'll be happy knowing you know I love you", I said. She hugged me tightly. "Please don't die on me, please", she mumbled. I hugged her tighter. "I'll try my best. If it means coming home with you", I said. I put my chin on her head. If I die today. Well I'll die a happy man. Knowing I told the woman I loved that I loved her, and she loved me back.

"I love you", she whispered to me. I smiled and kissed the top of her head. "And I love you, I have for a long time", I whispered to her. She ran her hands up and down my back. I just held her tighter. No wanting to let go. I had no idea if we were going to make it through this. So I only have these little moments with her. So I better make the best of it. Because she's the one I want, she's the one I love and nothing is ever going to change that.

Because she is worth everything.

"Come on you love birds, it's time to go", we both heard Bruce on the comm that was on the wall. We both laughed. I kissed her forehead. "We'll be okay", I whispered to her. She looked up at me with her little innocent eyes, they were so beautiful. Full of fear and happiness. And I want to tell her we'll live through this. But I would be lying. I had no idea if we were going to live through this. But knowing we'll be side by side. Makes up for it. I'll be by her side and she'll be by mine. And if we die. Well know we had each other's back. I'll die by the side of the woman I loved.
