Percy

I waited for the police, Officer Jones, to come back.

"So," she said. "It took a while, but... we found your uncle!" She made unenthusiastic jazz hands. I stared blankly.

"Anyway," Officer Jones continued, smiling like a maniac. "We found out, that your mom changed her last name to Jackson."

I frowned. "...okay...." I said warily. "Anyway, whose my uncle?" Officer Jones sat in front of me. "Tony Stark," she answered. "Tony Stark is your uncle."

I looked at her blankly. "Who?"

Officer Jones stared at me in shock. "Tony Stark," she repeated. "Genius, billionaire. Also known as Iron Man."

There was no recognition in my eyes.

Officer Jones shook her head. "Anyway, he's outside. We'll get you to join him, okay?"

I nodded and walked outside, following the excited officer.

I saw a limo outside and the door opened. "You, Percy?" a man with dark brown hair and a goatee, addressed. "Get in."

I got in the back seat awkwardly, and saw Officer Jones stare, mouth open, as the car drove away.

It was only then that I noticed a kid my age sitting next to me, eyes darting from the goatee guy in the front to me. "Oh!" he exclaimed. "I'm Peter Parker-"

"Stark," the goatee guy corrected.

Peter nodded. "Right. Peter Stark." He held out his hand and I shook it warily. "Percy," I replied. My attention switched back to the goatee guy. "So. Who are you?"

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Peter's eyes widen but he didn't say anything. "Tony Stark," the man replied, hands now off the wheel. He leaned back to look at me, lowering his sunglasses.

"Your my uncle," I stated. "Yeah," Tony said. "Sorry about your mom's death, by the way." I stopped myself from crying, locking my jaw.

"She's your sister, you know," I pointed out.

Tony shrugged. "Eh. We didn't know each other anyway. Mistake at the hospital - blah, blah, blah." For some reason that made me shake with anger even more.

The car arrived outside a tall, ugly tower that resembled a llama.

I got out and walked into the lobby. "Restricted access only," a voice said from the walls, as I tried to go up the stairs. I jumped. "What was that?"

Tony smirked. "Fri, cool it. He's with me." Peter and Tony went inside the elevator. "You coming?" Tony asked as I froze. "I'll-I'll take the stairs," I stammered, and Tony nodded.

"Kay, then." I started running up the stairs.

---

I got tired soon.

Understatement of the year.

I leaned against the door, breathing heavily, and panting. I turned and, oh, did I mention a door? I turned and twisted the knob, expecting it to be locked. It wasn't.

So, I did the most obvious thing. I walked in.

I heard chattering and laughing upon entering. "Hello," I called, looking around.

There was a knife at my throat almost immediately. And I wasn't kidding.

A scary looking woman with red hair and angry green eyes was pressing a knife against my neck. "What are you doing here?" she asked, voice cold. "Did Stark send you here?"

I frowned. "What? No!"

The woman scoffed and pressed the knife harder against my neck. I decided I didn't like her.

I elbowed her in the stomach and judo flipped her (something Annabeth taught me), retrieving the knife, and kneeling over hair, the knife against her throat gently, but firmly.

More people came over; a tall, blonde who looked like the older version of Jason; a man with shoulder length hair and a metal arm; a woman with red hair and glowing red eyes (#creepy) and a man with dark skin and a metal backpack on his back.

"Stand down," 'Jason lookalike' ordered. "Not likely," I said, smirking. "You don't want to do this," 'Metal arm' warned. "Neither do you," I quipped back.

I felt a tug and saw water rising out of the sink. Don't lose control, I told myself. Don't lose control. I steadied my breathing as tremors were sent through the ground. Annabeth could help me, I thought, and choked on a sob.

I barely noticed the woman below me smirk and kick me in the back, knocking me off her. She plucked the knife out of my hands and shoved me into a wall. "What are you doing here?" she growled.

I punched her in the jaw and shoved her off me, but she held her ground. 'Jason lookalike' threw a punch at me which caught me in nose. I heard a crack and felt blood trickle down my face but ignored the pain and punched him in the stomach, causing him to double over.

'Creepy Girl' enveloped a knife in her red glow and sent it flying towards me. I barely noticed it through the pain, but managed to avoid it.

The door suddenly burst open, and I saw Tony, my jerk of an uncle. "What's going on here?" he asked, looking at the fighting.

His eyes found mine and he rolled them. I scowled as he grabbed my shirt and pulled me out, slamming the door behind us. "What was that for?" he snapped. "I thought that was your floor," I spat, venom lacing all my words.

"Well it wasn't," Tony growled. "I realize that now," I said, an octave or two higher. Tony didn't say anything.

"Just follow me."

---

We trudged up the stairs until we arrived at a door which Tony opened.

I saw two people sitting on the couch. A man with dark skin and leg braces and Peter...or Penis...I didn't really know. "Where's Bruce?" Tony demanded.

"Here," the scientist said tiredly. Tony smiled. "Hey, bud," he said, giving Bruce a half hug. "Mr Stark, whose this?" the man asked, looking at me.

Bruce's eyes widened at my bloodied nose. "Let's get that cleaned up," he said. I shook my head, despite the black spots dancing in front of my eyes.

"No, I'm fine," I managed, pretty sure I was swaying. "That doesn't look like 'fine'" Peter commented. The two other men stayed silent.

"I just need water," I said, choking on blood. "Is he okay?" the man with the braces asked. "Yes, I'm okay," I snapped.

"We're getting you to the infirmary - now," Bruce said. I felt my vision darken around the edges. I collapsed forward, and the world went black...

That was the third chapter everybody! What did you think of it?
