chapter 041 — narrative !

Vinnie woke up , he
felt something wet on his face—
it was tears from the dream he had .

It felt so real , he looked at the side
of his bed to see if blossom was
okay and she was right beside him
sleeping peacefully.

He laid back down and wrapped
his arms around her , he held
onto her tightly .

Her eyes slowly fluttered open

" are you okay ?" she asked the boy

He hums in response

She laid on his chest ,
"why are you crying ?" she
asked as she wiped the tears away

" just a bad dream" he told her,
she intertwines their hands together ,
she kissed the back of his hand .

" its okay baby , just
try to get some sleep okay?"

He nods and closed his eyes again.

Blossom went to the mall to
get some food from the grocery store ,
she bumped into a strong figure.

"i am so sorry," she bend down
to help pick up the strangers
bag , she looked up to see
her worse nightmare .

She gave him back his belongings
and quickly walked away .

" Wait ! can we talk
please ?" Emson asked

She continued walking away
but he followed behind her —
annoyed , she stopped walking
and agreed so they went to a
near by cafe .

" Hey hey hey, isn't that
Blossom ?" One of vinnies
friends asked ,

Vinnie looked up from his
phone , his face dropped .

" His just a friend of hers"
he said .

They walked away ,
Vinnie shook his head in
disappointment.

" Look , i just wanna
be friends again" He explains
his motive

Blossom smiled , " im not stupid,
emson ."

He sighed , " fine , i just
wanna break up with Sabrina
okay"

She raised an eyebrow ,
" and this is my problem
how ?"

" because shes jealous
of you."

Blossom stood up ,
" again . I am not
going to be used by you.
If you wanna break up with
your girlfriend then do it yourself
like a man." she walked away .

She sat down beside vinnie
who seemed a little distant,
she looked at the boy whos
attention was on his
phone like always .

He smiled at some fan edits
and reposted it on his instagram
story .

" Vinnie" she called him
but no response

so she tried again,
" vinnie"

she sighed

" vincent !"
she threw a pillow
at him .

Finally , he looked
at her , she snatched his
phone and kept it in her
pocket

" you've been ignoring
me the whole time today
ever since you've came
back from
then skate park."

Vinnie ignored her and
walked to the kitchen ,
she groans and followed him.

" What is your problem ?"
she asked him getting a
little bit frustrated  with
him .

He turned around and
looked at her ,
"maybe ask your ex boyfriend"
he flashed a fake smile before
walking out of the kitchen

" oh my god" she mumbled
to herself

"You are really cute,
you know that ?" she lets out
a soft laugh .

Vinnie looked at her ,
" what?"

She nods , " so you're
jealous just because you saw me
and emson ? really vincent.
he wanted to use me to break up
with his girlfriend !" she explained

" and are you gonna help him?"
he asked

She gave him a look

" are you kidding me?
Vinnie , i am not going to
help him ."

" oh" he looked down

She took his phone out
of her pocket and passed it
to him , she walks
to her room and closes the door
before vinnie could enter .

Vinnie sat on the couch
and drank his water just
staring at a fake plant .

After a few minutes,
she walks out of her room
to see a sad male looking at
her fake plant with a water
bottle in his hand .

She just walked
away and ignored him.

He quickly stands up
and held her arm before
she could close the door on
him again , " blossom, im sorry"
he apologised

she looked at him , " for what?"
asking with a tone .

he slowly lets go of her sensing
that something was wrong.

" look , i had a dream last
night that I was gonna lose you
and i don't want that dream
to come through okay ?"

" okay" she said bluntly

he runs his hands through his
hair , " why are you being like this?"

" nothing like just drop this
okay ?" she smiled at him
before walking back in her room .
