"If you're going to get the hermits, we have to show our wings. And talk to Xisuma."

Grian was still wary about showing his wings. Would he have to relive my teenage years? All the bullying and taunting, the abuse? Would it... his thoughts were cut off.

"Uh, do you have something to eat? I'm... pretty hungry." Grian took a good look at her. "How long has it been since you ate?" Lily sighed. "Probably three or four days... been relying on my wings for the most part..."

"Alright, I'll get you some golden carrots... anything else you want?" He asked her. "No, that's fine."

"Okay then." Grian rummaged around in his shulker box for some golden carrots. "Here you go."

About a week passed like this. Lily was quickly gaining strength, and could fly loops and have races with Grian. Her mood improved a lot as well.

"Yes!" She'd just won a race against Grian. "Hey, I've kept my wings hidden for years now. I haven't had enough practice as you–" He was cut off. "Sore loser," Lily teased.

"C'mon, stop putting it off! Just go talk to X already!" Grian froze. "What? Are you still afraid to show your wings? You'll never need to use elytra again! People would want to have those wings!"

"Still... just a few more days..." He mumbled. "No no no! I'll come with you, if that's what you want," Lily said, practically tugging him into the sky. "Alright..." he begrudgingly let her pull him to his portal.

"Gods, I forgot how dry the Nether is when you have your wings open," she remarked. Grian nodded in response. "Uh... where's Xisuma's base?" Lily asked awhile later.

Grian laughed. "He's not even online! Probably on his home server." Lily huffed. She wiggled her fingers and–wait, she conjured something?! "Too bad this is only superficial," she grumbled. "Let's just leave a note for X at his base."

"Alright," he said, flying towards X's portal. Grian didn't remember going there at all, but he still knew the general direction. Sure enough, there it was.

They went through, and: "Woah! He's done some major development here!" Lily was already busy flying around, trying to locate a place to put a note. "Where's the main building..." she was mumbling. Grian tried to shrug his shoulders mid-air, and ended up falling.

He spread his wings and glided upwards. "No idea," he said. "Wait, maybe it's this one."

They left the note, and it said:

Hi X. There's some things I want to discuss with you, and also I found a new player. No idea how they got here. Can we meet up? From, G.

"Now what?" Lily asked. Grian replied, with more confidence than she thought he'd ever have about this issue.

"We wait."

Yes, y'all shall have to wait. Until next time!

Also my dad turned my internet off because I wouldn't go do my homework so I can't publish this right away. Flip. On another note, I should probably download Grammarly.
