After a while of awkwardness, Alfredo said he has to go now and work on something and Y/N said she also had to go. So they said their goodbyes outside the front door of the restaurant and parted ways. Y/N began her walk to the train station when the little rat from earlier popped out of the side giving her quite the scare.
"Oh I'm sorry for scaring you," Remy said while stopping Y/N in her tracks.
"YOU CAN TALK??"
"oh- I thought Alfredo would've told you... chile anyways so what I came out to say that I'm sorry about earlier and all the things that happened. Have a good day" Remy said while waving and beginning to walk away when Y/N stopped him. He was shocked and looked back at her.
"oh uh I just wanted to say thanks but really it's okay, you just intrigued me a little and when I first saw you, you startled me"
"I intrigued you huh (insert smirk emoji)"
"AHAAHAH noo I didn't mean it that way I meant like you were something mysterious and I wanted to know more" Y/N said kind of nervously
"Well I can be very mysterious sometimes," Remy said walking closer to Y/N
"oh my god stop it," Y/N said while holding back a giggly laugh
"Ahhhh I got her to laugh. mission accomplished"
"You're quite different than I thought you would be. then again I don't really know what I was expecting when I started to talk to a rat."
Remy laughed while waving and walking into a dark alley by where they were talking. Y/N giggled and resumed walking to the train.
