CHAPTER EIGHT:
Welcome to the Morning Kick Show!
Ivory Mansion
Harriden City
Warren and Ed stared at the snoring Merry on the couch. They both wondered how to get her home and how to explain to her how did she get into his house.
'Do you really don't know her address or you're just pretending not to know to keep her here?' Ed asked while staring at him with suspicion.
Warren shook his head in dismay. 'What do you think of me? A man whore? Rapist? This girl was not even a hot chick, to begin with.'
'Liar? Really? Not hot? You're just fooling yourself if you think she's not hot.'
'Ugh. Why won't you believe me, Ed? Okay. Fine. Maybe she's a little hot. But that doesn't matter. The important thing is I don't have any interest in this girl.'
'Why do you call that an "important thing"? Are you that scared to be rejected? It's not like she likes you.'
Exactly. It's not that she likes me so why bother whether I like her or not? Warren thought.
'Whatever. You go back to your own cave where you came from. I need some sleep.' Warren ordered him as he treads the door
'I feel like I'm a trash being thrown out.'
'Deserve. Goodnight, Ed.'
'It's already morning, Mr. Welton. It's almost dawn.'
'Yeah, whatever. I will sleep.' Warren finally said and closed his bedroom door.
He headed straight towards the bed, slump his body, and slowly his eyes were shutting.
________________________________________________________________
The morning was not good for Merry. Who wouldn't be pissed at times like this? Can't blame her for losing her temper, because of the irresponsible drinker who took her to someplace that for her was foreign and strange. As for Warren, he was feeling a bit chilly with the morning breeze hit his bare skin. He scratched his head in annoyance when someone pulled his blanket when the temperature was freezing.
'The hell is going on!' He complained.
'How dare you?! Arrogant son of a–,' She paused because he took a pillow and covered his head.
'Get out. Go away.' He muttered.
Merry exhaled in disbelief. 'What did you say?'
'This is my room. Get out.'
And with that statement, Merry loosed it. 'Because of you drunkard, I didn't make it in my newspaper delivery job!' Merry said as she jumps on him pressed down the pillow with all her might that covers his head.
Warren struggles for air, trying to grab Merry on the top of him. He was thankful because of their weight difference he easily topped Merry with just a roll.
I almost lost oxygen. This girl seriously wants to kill me. That was scary. Warren thought as he gasped for air.
'What are you doing?! Get off me!' Merry yelled as she forced her way out from being prisoned by Warren's big arms.
'And let you kill me?! Never!' Warren yelled back.
'I swear I will report you! Pervert! Drunkard! I promise I will–' Merry stopped yelling as her mouth muffled from being cover by Warren's hands.
