The Flicker

Part 1 - When the Light fades

Azie paced back and forth from her room, waiting for Jenny and Jake to knock. When she finally heard the knock she ran to the door and opened it to see Oliver standing there, looking scared and out of breath, "What happened? Where are the twins?" Questioned Azie, "I haven't seen them since we last met," Answered Oliver slowly, "I thought they were here." Stuttered Oliver. They both ran out the door and bolted down the stairs and went straight to Jenny and Jakes fort. Azie opened the door to the usual mess of cloths and trash, and you could hear the twins arguing in would be kitchen, filled with trash and mostly broken. "Why are you guys still here?" Yelled Oliver, "Jake didn't get up!" Shouted Jenny, "Jenny was being a butt!" Yelled Jake in a childish manner. Azie rolled her eyes at the twins, "Come on, we are about to leave you both behind." Glared Oliver, and they both ran after him, each one grabbing one of his hands. They walked back slowly to Azies house and talked about what had happened since they had all been together, "Well.. I got a dog!" Exclaimed Azie happily, "Really?" Jenny and Jake both asked excitedly. As Azie opened the door a small puppy jumped up and down excitedly. "Hey Ann!" Smiled Azie. Everyone walked into the small apartment and sat down on the almost falling apart couch, "Are you guys ready to do this?" Asked Azie softly. Everyone nodded in reply, "Hold hands guys, it's going to get a bit shaky." They all grabbed hands and stood in a tight circle. The lights Flickered and it all went black..
