The Wolves

Ian roughly shoved me into a large room with many people in it. A man sat with a few others at the front of the room, most likely the leaders of the Wolves. "Bring the boy forward!" the man in the middle of the leaders boomed. He's probably the main leader. He looked vaguely familiar. Ian tried to bring me forward, but I was ready for it and resisted him. All that got was a punch in the face. The second time he tried to punch me, I was faster. I grabbed his arm, twisted it, and flipped him over me. Two other guards came at me and eventually caught me. Not without a broken nose and a black eye of course.

"So, the mighty Captain Jason Gray of the Dragon Squad graces us with his presence," the main leader sneered. "My name is Lucas, and as you can see, I'm a leader of the Wolves. Now, some of our sources say that you're pretty good at missions. We have a certain mission that we need you to complete. You have the clearance and skills needed."

I interrupted him, "No! I'd never do that. Torture me all you want. I won't."

Lucas nodded his head slowly, "I knew you would take an amount of persuasion before you submitted. Bring them in!" Lila and Caleb were roughly brought in. "If you join us they will be able to go free."

I shook my head and remained defiant, yet quiet to goad Lucas on further. "That's okay. We'll just kill Caleb and the girl," Lucas smirked. He had hit a nerve and he knew it. Lucas pointed at Lila and a guard took out his knife. Then the guard brought the razor sharp tip to her eyebrow and began to cut. Her eyes started to get wet. I tried to get away from guards, but failed.

"Stop! Stop!" I shouted as my head hung in despair. "I'll do your mission if you let them go." The guard lowered his knife from Lila's eye, which was already swelling.

Lucas smiled, "Well, I'm glad we came to the same terms. Good choice boy." I looked at Lila nervously. Her stare was unforgiving as the guards walked Caleb and Lila out. "I need you to get the last nuclear bomb," Lucas ordered. I looked at him, totally surprised.

"Y-y-yes sir," I said, while hoping Lila and Caleb got out.

"Good, off with you," Lucas commanded.
