D.Va X Assassin (Reader)

Chapter 3-The Mission Part 1

(D.Va's Pov)

We arrived at the hangar at the same time, I saw my mech being loaded on to the drop ship that we were going o be using, Soldier 76 was sanding near by to great us.

(Soldier 76): "Reinhardt you will be taking charge on the mission"

(Reinhardt): "As you wish my friend"

(Genji): "Sir where are we going?"

(Soldier 76): "You are going to the Numbani Heritage Museum"

(D.Va): "Why?"

(Soldier 76): "The reason is because we have received intel that Talon intends to attack it for some reason"

(Mercy): "Hasn't Talon already attacked there though?"

(Soldier 76): "Yes but they failed in their objective, which was to steal Doomfist's gauntlet thanks to the actions of Tracer and Winston"

(D.Va): "Okay so why attack agin?"

(Soldier 76): 'sigh' "They are trying again because Doomfist has escaped prison and they are trying to get his gauntlet back, which we can't afford to allow, so you all will be going to intercept. Okay"

(D.Va): "Okay"

I replied in annoyed tone because it felt like I was being treated like a child how 76 explained it to me.

(Soldier 76): "Good then you's better get in wheels up in ten"

(Reinhardt): "Ha Ha very well Jack, Come friends glory awaits us"

Boomed Reinhardt as he made his way on to the drop ship which made me smile at least. I can't wait to kick Talons ass.

Numbani Museum 10 mins before the attack (Narrator Pov)

You are walking down a street after having stoped at a cafe to grab another black coffee listening to No Friends(Feat. Rosendale) Nightcore version by Cadmium, when you suddenly feel a tug on your right arm. You look down to see Cerberus pulling on your sleeve and gesturing to a building.

(Y/N POV)

(Y/N): "What, you want to go to the museum"

(Cerberus): nods

(Y/N): "I'm not sure they'll let you in thought"

(Cerberus): growls  and pulls you towards the museum

(Y/N): "Alright, alright we'll go we'll go, ok"

(Cerberus): grins sticking his tongue out.

(Y/N): "You can be a real idiot at times you know that right"

(Cerberus): Awoop

I walked up to the museum about to walk in with Cerberus when a staff member approaches you.

(Staff): "I'm terribly sorry sir but pets are not allowed in the museum"

(Y/N): "Okay"

You go to walk in but the staff member blocks your path.

(Staff): "sir the dog has to stay outside"

I twitch at this.

(Y/N): "What did you just call him"

I growl threateningly at the staff member

(Staff): "I said your do-"

Before he could finish you had one hand around his neck pinning him to the wall

(Y/N): "That dog as you call him is my brother and HE is coming in Capiche"

You hiss threateningly into the man's ear whilst tightening your grip on his neck

(Staff): "But ack* of cough* cor ngh* coarse sir"

He tries to reply, after hearing this you drop him and continue your way in with Cerberus.

(Staff): " Ha wheez have a good day sir"
I heared the man say as he tries to get his breath back.

Narrator POV

As you continue your way into the museum you stop and look at a map of it to see were you want to go first,as you look around though you note CE that there is heightened security but you don't pay any heed to it. After a while you finally decided to go to the omnic crisis exhibit that had recently opened.

Whilst walking through you saw to children arguing about something you didn't really care though as you were more interested in the uniforms of the soldiers during the omnic crisis, then the kids saw you and Cerberus and ran over to you.

(Kid 1): "Can we pet him?"

Points at Cerberus

(Y/N): "That's up to him"

(Kid 2): "So we can"

(Y/N): "You can try"

Both kids look at each other nervously, so you motion to Cerberus with your hand and he goes over and begins to like aroun the pair of them. The kids giggle at this and pat him lightly before thanking you and going of to look at something else.

The next moment you are thrown to the floor by a massive explosion and when you look up you have a clear view into the Doomfist exhibit and you see the wreck of a pink mech suit and a girl in a weird Spandex lying on the floor seemingly unconscious.
