I shut the door with magic, eyes black with anger and rage
"You don't get to control ME, its MY fight, they are after ME." I answered back
"Its my duty to protect you as your mate that's what that mark symbolizes." He said
"I don't want any one else to die because of me." I said
"No one is dying, as the Alpha its my duty to protect the pack and as your mate its my duty to protect you." He said
"And same goes for me, I won't be a coach potato luna." I said
"You won't, staying here and ensuring your survival will keep me sane." He said kissing the top of my head
I blushed red hot

I wanted to reply but someone barged in and it was stupid Beverly in all her stupid glory
"Can't you knock." Dante said angrily
"My apologize Alpha Luna ." She said, the way she said luna in spite made me laugh
"I heard you we're going to war and I want to accompany you." She said
"NO." I says sternly
"Pardon I wasn't talking to you." She said
"Look bitchy Beverly, I am not in the mood to deal with you and I'll advise you to get out before it gets real." I said

I knew her plan and I rather die
"But I'm the beat female fighter, I have to go." She whined

"I'll consider." Dante simply said

"You don't get to raise your voice at me, and you GET OUT." I said to Dante and directing the last part to Beverly as she ran and Cower in fear
"I'm sick and tired of your jealousy, first it was the girl at the restaurant then unbelievablely you tracked her down to the mall then Beverly?" he said
"You NEVER listen to my side of the story, oh now I'm the bad guy?, oh look its me Irina the wicked witch of the west." I said sarcastically
"Oh now its time to joke." He said
"I said if I'm not going then she's not going and that's final, its your choice either me or her, either way I have no trouble leaving." I said
"Then you leave me no choice." He replied
