1. Do not steal my graphics or claim as your own. Credit if/when the graphic is used in either the book description or author's note is mandatory.
2. Please fill in the form properly. Don't leave anything blank unless it says it's optional.
3. I reserve the right to deny your request. Please don't take it personally, it most likely means I don't think I could do the graphic justice and don't want to waste your or my time on something that will most likely turn out disappointing.
4. Be patient with me. I have school and other things in my life other than this.
5. You must collect your graphic within 2 days or it becomes a premade, and when you collect, you must tell me if you'll be using it or not.
6. Thepassword is a shade of yellow.
7. The book must be posted or just needs the cover to be posted. Honestly, I'm fed up of making graphics that people never use. Please don't waste my time.
8. Please don't request anything other than what I have stated I offer, and only request in the right chapter in this book. Any other requests will be ignored.
