Opening the fridge, Haruto then slowly walked in front of the fridge before quickly grabbing a water bottle for himself.

" Did you gave the food to him ?"

Miss Marumi asked as she looked back at her son

Nodding his head down as an response. Haruto then began to slowly open up his bottle lid.

" What did he say?"

" ......"

Ignoring his mother, he then slowly placed the bottle down onto his lips before quickly chugging down on the water.

" You are no different from your father Haruto"

Miss Marumi sighed as she slowly tilt her head away while looking back at her son

Grabbing a bowl from the counter, she then slowly grabbed a spoon from the table .

" Here"

She reached out her hand before giving the spoon back to Haruto.

" Take this spoon and come here"

Haruto then slowly raised his eye brows in confusion as he looked back at his mother.

" Stop ordering me "

He answered back before rolling his eyes.

" Listen here young man, you should never talk back to your elders like tha-"

Anger flashed through Miss Marumi's face as she controlled her emotions, tears threatening to fall down from her face

Sighing, Haruto then obediently sat down on his chair near beside his mother before slowly taking the spoon away from her hands

" Why do you get emotional so quickly? ......."

He stated before looking away from his mother

Noticing how the other person was just sitting there and ignoring her, anger and tears threatened to spill out from her eyes.

While noticing how his mother was reacting, Haruto then felt guilt slowly rushing up into his mind

Tilting his head away, he refused to make any eye contact with his mother.

Miss Marumi slightly heaved out a sigh as she slowly walked towards Haruto.

Placing the cooked food in front of him, she then looked back at Haruto .

" You still don't take me as your second mother right?"

Sighing, Miss Marumi looked back at her son before slowly fixing her gaze back at her plate.

The two then remained quiet as they silently began to eat their dinner.

The older lady smiled as she slowly stood up from her seat before cleaning the tables away.

Silence filled between them as they both awkwardly began to do their own work.

Widening her eyes, the older lady then quickly turned around before locking her gaze with her son.

She smiled as she slowly placed down the remaining plates on the table before approaching towards Haruto.

" Anything you got to say to me?"

His face remained firm and stoic as he bored his gaze back to the older lady
