Heyyyy! I hope we've all been doing well!

As some of you may know, I've been extremely stressed lately, worrying about my future. My heart has chosen something I am extremely passionate about, like I've never experienced this amount of passion it's seriously overflowing, no joke, and I'm just really worried I won't get there. I'm also worried about general stuff like my assignments and exams coming up but ANYWAY! Let's just get on with the chapter, shall we? This chapter maaaaay be a little confusing but just stay with me!

If you enjoy please vote and comment! I love all the comments I get and I love comments on the way (if you're that type of person, I know I am haha)! But don't feel forced into it! Only if you enjoy it! Fanfictions are for me to write and enjoy (which I do) as they are for you to read and enjoy (and vise verser to those who also write fanfictions)! Don't feel forced into commenting or voting but it would help if you are enjoying it! Anyway sorry I ramble too much-hence forth with the story!

WARNING: BLOOD

(Ya'll are gonna hate me for the next chapter-)

Jumping, Webby dropped the gem to the ground, shock filling her system.

Dewey gently grabbed her shoulder pulling her back. "Uhh m-maybe we should go.." He suggested. But Webby stood frozen, staring blankly down at the bright gem before her.

Noticing her absent response, his gaze turned towards her. "Webby?" He questioned, his worry beginning to bubble. "Are you~" Before he could finish, a loud, ear piercing screech echoed from the gem, causing Dewey's eyes to squint, his hand falling over his ear holes, unaware of the now unconscious girl beside him.

As the screeching finally stopped, Dewey's hands slowly lifted off the sides of his head, his eyes slowly flickering open. Noticing Webby's limp body, Dewey's eyes grew wide. "WEBBY!" Kneeling on one knee, he gently held her in his arms, his two fingers immediately heading to her wrist to check her pulse. He let out a sigh of relief as her breathe remained steady, although a little ragged.

"Webb's come on, wake up for me, wake up! Please!" He shook her by the shoulders, trying, to no avail, to wake her from her sudden slumber.

Sighing, he finally gave up. "Well at least you're still breathing." He continued hugging her from behind as he held her on his lap, resting his head on hers. Sighing, he gently shut his eyes, waiting patiently for her to wake up.

Please don't leave me again Webby.

"DEWEY!" Webby screamed, running to her best friends limp body. Tears stained his cheeks as if he had been through hell and back. Blood soaked through his shirt, the light blue of his shirt disappearing by the second.

Her eyes glanced at his pain filled face, her pupils not being able to focus on one particular part as they moved quickly, surveying every facial feature as if it were the last time she'd see his face.

Webby could feel the colour draining from her face as she held him in her arms. Was that what they felt like when she had experienced all that pain? Confused, angry, upset... scared.

Webby never usually got scared, but due to past traumatic events as well as the current situation, she finally got to experience the true meaning of the word. It wasn't as exciting or thrilling as she had imagined. Instead, it was more stressful, heart wrenching pain. Especially considering nothing but darkness and Dewey's bloody body was in sight. She and her best friend had suddenly been transported to a void of darkness, her best friend being the unlucky one to have been hurt. Although, in a way, they were both hurt. Dewey more physically and Webby more emotionally and mentally.
