In Love With The Grand Guignol

Two A.M

I got to Liz. She was reading the guide. She looked at me. I didn't cry this time.

"What's up?" she said. I looked at her. "They kicked you out, didn't they?" I nodded. She came and hugged me. I hugged her back. "Well here we have a room if the kids we babysit come here. You can stay there."

"Thanks!" I said. She showed me the room. It wasn't big. I have a TV.

"I'll let you change and whatever you need to do." then she left. I had a small window. I wonder if the people outside can see me. I changed in my pijamas. When I got to Liz it was ten p.m. I watched TV for some time then I felt asleep. The Grand Guignol can't come here, at least I don't think he can.

I woke up. It's six in the morning. I changed in my school uniform and went to the mall to eat. After I ate I went to school. Mira came to me.

"I am so sorry for yesterday. Are you ok? Do you have where to sleep?" she is worried, very worried.

"I'm fine, Mira. And yes, I have where to sleep." she looked relieved. We go together to our first class. She sow my ring.

"Did he gave you that?" I nodded. She smiled. I smiled too.

I sit at my desk. I have a note. "Meet me in the park at two in the morning." I think it's from the Grand Guignol.

The rest of the day I couldn't think of something else but tonight. He told me to stay away, so what if the note is not from him? What if it is from somebody else? How can the Grand Guignol know where my sit is? I have another name in my head. Derik Norton.

I sneaked out from my room and went in the park. I couldn't see anyone. Was that a stupid joke?

"Skylar!" a voice said. I can't see who said my name, it's not the Grand Guignol's voice.

"Who are you and where are you?" I said.

"It's me! Derik! I'm after the bush." I knew it! I knew it was him!  I went after the bush and looked at him. "Can we talk?" he asked.

"Derik, it's two in the morning! Couldn't you call me?" to be honest I am pissed. I am at two in the morning after a bush with a guy I absolutely hate.

"I know, but need to warn you. You know when you were little and you were talking about monsters and stuff. Well it's this one. The Grand Guignol. He said he wants to catch you."

"He isn't real. And how do you know that anyway?" he looked at the ground. He was ashamed for some reason. Did the Grand Guignol came to him?

"I saw him one night. You were right, the monsters are real. I'm sorry."

"Derik do you even hear yourself?" I believe him. I know they are real, but if I tell him the truth it won't be good. "Just leave me alone!" I said and then I left. I feel kind of bad for saying that to him. He looked a little bit scared. Because of the Grand Guignol I suppose.
