Blake's pov*
"Why the hell are we living early" I said getting out of the car following them into the airport "because Griffin got us into trouble so we all have to leave before we all get caught"  Bryce said pulling his phone out of his pocket "you do realize that leaves alexis with no one" "she has payton and now Jackson"  "they are both little sticks they cant protect her" "blake she well be fine trust me" he said looking up at me. "Whatever you say" I grabbed my phone and texted alexis

Blake: lexi I'm sorry this isnt my fault just please dont hate me

Alexis: i dont hate you i know its not you.

Blake: i still feel bad

Alexis: it's fine I'll be fine ok

I put my phone back into my pocket and gave Bryce a dirty look "what" he said "fuck you" I said looking back ahead of us. "Ok i deserve that but i didnt say you had to break up with her"  "i need to because it would've hurt her any god damn way"   "you never know" he is saying it like it's nothing.

Alexis pov*
"I do not wanna go to school payton not with out blake"  I said fighting payton as he gently pulled me out of the house "please alexis just please" he said finally letting go but still holding me in place "we have every class together I'll be there with you every step of the way please just go to school" I thought about it then finally gave in walking with him.

"See it's not so hard" he said as we walked through the doors "yes it is" I said looking around as it felt like everyone's eyes are on me. I noticed cooper and his friends were watching me then I felt a present behind me. I looked and it was a tall brown haired boy with brown eyes he looked at me and smiled "I'm a friend of Blake's your safe" I nodded and looked back at cooper he swallowed hard and looked away. Payton looked at me the behind us "it vinnie he isnt someome to worry about and I'm sure cooper isnt anything to worry about right now either" he said reassuring everything was ok. I centered away from them and went to my locker vinnie followed but not closely I opened my locker and grabbed my books that I need and put my bag into it "it's the slut that has two guys now since her foster brother didnt want her"  coopers voice made me jump but he words hurt worse. I slammed my locker shut and looked at me "yea but at least my foster brother is better them my biological brother"  "ok whatever I didnt want you as a sister anyway" his friends laugh and looked at me "you life will be living hell" "no it wont bud yours well" vinnie said stepping in front of me. Cooper backed up and looked up at vinnie "scram dumbass and leave alexis alone" he said firmly. When they walked away he looked at me "did he hurt you" I shook my head "no not at all"  "just as blake explained your sentence are extremely simple" "no shit" I said snappy "ok ok I'm sorry" he said throwing arm over my shoulder I moved it "hint taken sorry" he said just following behind me "you know I've never seen you here before" "I've always been here just always quite" I nodded and walked through the door of my first period a cop was waiting inside "alexis hall we need you to come with us" I swallowed hard then nodded "can I ask why"  vinnie said stepping in front of me "because we need to talk to her about a problem" the officer said vinnie nodded then went and sat down I followed the officer out of the room and down the hall and into the office "alright have a seat I just have a few questions to ask" I sat I  front of him "no need to be nervous you arent in trouble" he said looking at my shaking hands "do you know Griffin Johnson" I nodded "how well do you know him" "not that well I just started hanging out with some mutual friends"  "ok do you know what he was doing after school yesterday" "I was at home yesterday I wasnt feeling well so I didnt leave my house"  "ok then you cant help us with this"he said getting up with a smile "so am I good to go" I asked softly "yes you are" he opened the door and I walked out.

Vinnie's pov*
I grabbed my phone out of my pocket checking the time again. It's been 30 minutes where is she. I tried texting and calling no answer. The bell rang and I walked out of class I found payton "have you seen alexis" I asked frantic "no to you lose her" "she was taken to the office in the beginning of 1st period she never returned to class" "fucking dumbass shes probably still there" he said shoving me. We walked into the office and there was no sign of her "what can I help you boys with" the lady at the desk asked looking at us "have you seen alexis hall come in or out of here" "mrs.hall came in and picked her up something about a court date" "thank you" I said I grabbed paytons arm and we walked out "if you would have looked at the date you would've known that" he said bluntly  "you knew where she was and you didnt think to tell me" I said stepping in front of him. He smirked and nodded "asshole" I said pushing him slightly.

Alexis's pov*
"Wait so I'm legally getting adopted today" I said with a wide smile on my face "yes honey" she said smiling back and pushing a piece of hair behind my ear "everything well be just fine" she said calming my nerves as we walked into the court house.
