Blake's pov*
"So your in love with her" alicia said grabb in ng her drink off the table as we left in and out "I wouldn't say that" I said back "your in love dont lie"  "why do you say that"  I looked at her as we got cn into my car "the way you look at her you're over protective of her even tho yiu arent together. Yoi have a picture of her hanging up in your locker"  "how do you know about that"  "I'm not stupid. Plus you wouldn't spend 100 bucks on snacks and drinks for a girl" "I did not spend that much" I grabbed the receipt from my pocket "holy shit I've never done that before" she giggled "you love this girl and I'm happy about it"  "you know what maybe your right and I most definitely dont have anything to be ashamed of she is beautiful and so much mi ore then that"  "there we go. Let's get back to the house and box this stuff up then leave again to take it to her" "just me ali"   "fine" I pulled into our drive way and we got out. I grabbed all the bags and walked inside then up to my room "blake one second son" my mom said I stopped and turned towards her "did you skip class today" I shook my head "dont lie" she said sternly "fine I did but theres a good reason" "give me that reason and your off the hook and you can keep your phone"  "theres this girl who was recently adopted in to bryces family and her biological brother is out to get her so we took the one class she had with some of his friends and skipped but that's the only time it happened plus it wont happen after this because I was changed into that class so I can make sure shes ok" "blake that's the truth" she asked looking me dead in the eye "yes mom it is" "is there someone I can call to verify that" "bryces mom and jadens mom they both know about the situation"   "ok you good" she handed me back my phone and and walked up the stairs. "I wanna help" ali said walking Into my room  "fine" she grabbed the box and started arranging the snack and drink itams in the box. She folded the hoodies on the bottom "and done" she put the lid on and handed it to me "now go get your girl" she got up and walked back out of my room.

I pulled into bryces drive way and sat there for a minute "fuck what do I say"  dont say anything dipshit just give her the note.  I reached into my pocket and grabbed the envelope out. I still sat there looking at the house then my phone went off

Bryce: you gon a come in or just stay there looking at the house

I got out of the car and grabbed the box and walked up to the front door but before i knocked Bryce opened the door "what's that. A gift for me" "no it's for lexi I was a ass"  "no shit shes asleep tho"  I let me in and we both walked upstairs and into her room where she was sound asleep. "Alexis wake up" Bryce yelled but not loud enough to scare her she rolled over and rubbed her eyes then sat up. Her eyes locked with mine then she looked at Bryce  "lex get up please yoi dont need this much sleep" she got up and walked past us and went down stairs  "she needs food first"  "Bryce downstairs now" his mom yelled. He rolled his eyes and walked downstairs. I set the box on her bed and walked downstairs  out the front door. I got into my car and drove back home

"She dosent even know the box is there" ali yelled at me as I threw myself back on my bed "correct" "you idiot. God your so dumb"  "I get it Ali but it's not important right now I feel like theres something worse going on with her"  "it is important maybe the box can help" "a box full if junk wont held ali it wont" she turned and left my room

Alexis's pov*
"Bryce please stop yelling" mom said as Bryce stormed up to his room I sat back in the chair and looked at the ceiling "honey what's wrong" "nothing" I got up and went to my room. I shut and locked the door when I turned a box on my bed caught my eyes. I stopped and looked at it for a minute before pulling the lid off. Blake's smell hit my nose and I smiled. I pulled the snacks and drinks out to see a few hoodies. I pulled one out and pulled it over my head the sleeves went past my hands I smiled and looked for my phone. Once I found it I dialed Blake's number but it went straight to voice mail "fuck" I got up and grabbed my skate board and some shose. I ran downstairs almost missing the last step "lex it's raining where are you going" "I'll be back soon mom" I ran out the door and skated down the street. I stopped out side of Blake's house now I was soaking wet I walked up to the door and gently knocked "oh sweetie what's wrong with you" Blake's mom said opening the door "is blake here" I said as s she pulled me into the house "he is in his room see if you can get some dry clothes from him" I nodded and walked up the stairs I stood outside if his door for a minute before I softly knocked "ali I'm not going to go back so just go away" I turned the doorknob and walked in slowly "ali I said go" he said with his face shoved into his pillow "it's not ali" I said walking all the way into the room "lexi" he sat up and wiped a tear off his cheek "why are you crying blake" "why are I wet" "I skated in the rain now answer my question" he got up and walked to his dresser "change first I dont want you to get cold" he handed me a pair of sweats and a hoodie "then you'll tell me what's wrong" he nodded I got up and went to the bathroom. I changed and pulled my hair into a messy bun then walked back out "come here" he patted the spot next to him for me to sit down I sat down and he looked at me for a second before he started talking again "do you hate me lex" "not ever blake. Why would you think that" "when i came over you walked right past me" "I was just waking up I'm sorry if that made you feel that way"  "it's ok dont apologize thi. I made that box as a apology for I think bailing on our hang out"  "so it wasnt a date so Bryce can shove that up his ass" "it could have been a date but not a date for a couple. Just besties"  did he just friend zone me. I looked up at him for a second longer "what you dont want to be friends either" I shook my head "what is it lexi" he said making me look at him again  "i dont want to be just friends anymore blake" "so your saying you like me" I looked down "hey dont look down look at me please" I nodded then a smile spread across his face. "Fuck this. Lexi will you be my girlfriend" he said as his smile widened "yes Blake I would love to" he stood up and danced around his room a little. He came and grabbed my hands pulling me up with him. He smiled then leaned in he kissed me and I kissed back "I've been waiting forever to kiss you and it actually mean something" he said as he pulled away. I smiled and wrapped my arms around him.
