Chapter 2: The Film emperor and I

After buying the groceries i immediately went home 

i stored the groceries away and put the book on my study table

my apartment is just one space that has its own bathroom and a space for kitchen and a bedroom and no living room.

yeah the apartment is just like a huge bedroom with kitchen and bathroom.

i didn't bother to find a huge apartment since it's just me.

i heard my stomach grumble and immediate went to cook.

I just made a simple ramen and then done. One ramen is enough. see how convenient it is when you are living alone.

the dishes are just few and the food stocks won't be used to fat. the financial necessities is too cheap and it's silent.

This is what i love the most when living alone.

After eating and washing the dishes i immediately went to my room and prepares my computer for my live stream.

my eyes landed on the book on the desk and i halted on preparing the live stream and made my way towards it and pick up the book.

the title "The Film emperor and i" is a bit to cliche for my own good.

i never heard this book before, it's probably not famous yet or i just don't know because i don't read novels.

i opened the first page and read it, the content made my eyebrow raise,

"my name is Nao Suzuki, i am just a girl with normal lifestyle, my life is boring and my lovelife is very lame. no boys likes me because i am very ugly and very poor" 

just kidding that wasn't actually the content.

"i am Nao suzuki, i cam from a middle class family and live a normal life. people dislike me because of my face and because i always manage to maintain my rank as a top 1... When suddenly i found a book in the attic named the film emperor and i, it was interesting for a hopeless romantic like me. so i read it and fell in love with the story.

but when i was walking back to my home. a truck when out of control and crashed towards me. i died.

i woke up in a different body... i found out that i become Miu fuyumi. The female lead of the Film Emperor and I"

I blink twice and scoff and threw it on the bed and happily went to my desktop to start my live stream. 

wait... Miu Fuyumi i think i heard that name before.. but oh well. 

i opened my camera and smiled at the increasing views.

from 1 to 10 to 100 to 367 to 1k to 50k to a million and counting. many people watches me from different country. of course why wouldn't they? i am cute after all.

"Hey everyone! it's me yeline! hiiiii~"

Live streaming might be the source of my daily expenses but gaming is the only way to make me constantly happy and it's the best stress reliever for me.

"New game?"

The new game... Rise of the deities.

i heard this game was released by the ZTech. the Ztech was run by the most famous person on entertainment industry and now and he's famous in incubuses industry as well.

one of the heir of this company or the supposed to be next CEO died last month. 

the younger brother of the current CEO is a genius when it comes to running a business but unfortunately he died in the fire in their school.

NZ Academy was called Quincy academy Last month. 

but after being eaten by a fire, The former head of Ztech bought it as a momentum of the deceased heir and the school was renamed after him.

What a wealthy bunch ey?

But anyway, Rise of the deities is popular to everyone from child to adults. it requires for a player to have a fast typing hands and strategical thinking.

however, what's disappointing about this game is... it's not cheap.

the game costs a fortune and thankfully i save enough money to buy it.

i bid my farewell and turned the desktop off. 

My eyes landed on the book again and i dive to the bed to read it.

the whole story revolve around a girl named Nao suzuki who died and woke up in the body of miu fuyumi.

Miu fuyumi is a very beautiful girl. She's good at singing and has an amazing flexibility making her a good dancer as well.

Miu attended drama classes and wanted to be a film empress. her parents are a well known directors but they were not close to her.

they are actually very busy in their work causing them to unconsciously neglect their only daughter.

They took their job seriously that's why when miu wanted to audition on their on going movie as a heroine they didn't immediately accept and made her wait like the others.

what's wrong with this? it's actually fair.

Miu got sad but luckily as a female protagonist just like others a golden opportunity came to her.

she was invited to a ball for influencers and prominent people, as well the wealthy people. that's where she meet the Film Emperor.

They dance gracefully on the party attracting numerous stares.

and the next day, her parents told her she could join the set as a minor character of course.

And the film emperor is the lead.

They got little closer because of being part of the set and thus the beginning of their love begins.

in the original story of the film emperor and i, miu was so dedicated at filming causing the romance between the film emperor and miu to be slow.

but when nao took control the whole romance turn different.

calum become possessive to her and a real charmer. he spoiled her to no end and indulge her every day.

which is the best experience for nao because no one does those kind of things to her.

you already know how the story went. but i wonder if the story will be this easy and smooth.

that would be boring.

i flip the page next and was about to read the next page when i remember something.

"a party for influencers, prominent people and wealthy folks?"

i sit down on the bed and my eyes landed on the red envelop with a golden stomp on. a fancy design on the envelop made it look so fancy.

i pick it up and opened it and what greeted me made my forehead crease.

"Dear Miss Yeline Young you are invited to a paty hosted by Katrina Thompson"
