Jin was startled. He leaned towards Jisoo's chest to confirm and yes he heard it. He heard her heartbeat. But how? Others, oblivious to this, looked at him in pity. But then Jin asked Yoongi to hear closely with him. Yoongi obliged and used his heightened senses, he was shaking when he heard it too. Resembling the elder lad's expression, his face too went pale while his eyes were wide as an owl.
Yoongi: Oh my god! Hy-hyung...
Jin: She's alive!
Jin had a blank facade. He didn't know whether he should be happy or not. He was relieved and grateful to the god that she didn't die but.... she isn't who she was anymore.
Yoongi: She has turned!
Everyone gasped in bafflement. They were silent for a moment. But then, Jennie asked something.
Jennie: H-how did she turn?
Sehun: You see, if a human dies with vampire blood in their system, the vampire blood tries to heal the human heart and it does but it beats, comparatively, in a slower tempo which distinguishes a human body from one that of a vampire.
Jin: I had given her my blood more than required when she got hurt before.
Taehyung: But turning is a longer process than this. Within an hour, Noona will wake up. At that time she would be standing at the border of living and the dead. She would neither be a vampire nor be dead. She would need to feed on human blood to completely turn into a vampire.
Taehyung explained further with a tense demeanour while looking at Jisoo.
Jackson: But the problem is that she is not a born vampire when she would feed for the first time, it is more likely that she will kill that person. It's going to be very difficult for her to adapt.
Bambam: The only question is which side will she end up on.
Lisa: What do you mean which side?
Taehyung: If she can hold on to her senses after her first feed, it will be affirmative for her but if she fails to do so, she'll more likely become a ripper; a sadistic vampire. And you wouldn't want to see that for sure.

Jisoo was taken to Kims' house for the time being. Jin had called his parents, informing them of their current state; they reached within 25 minutes after the phone call. Everyone had anxiousness subsiding within them. Seo Jung was busy thinking of how to explain this situation to her parents.
They all were distracted by the sound of a sharp inhale. They all darted their eyes towards Jisoo just to see her wide awake. She looked around her surroundings with wide shook eyes. The last thing she remembered was dying with a dagger through her heart. She looked at Jin, who was sitting beside her, with a horrified look. She sat up, finding Seo Jung and Min-hee standing at one corner of the room.
Jisoo: What? wait, h-how? *she spoke to Jin with teary eyes.*
Jin: Ji, first take a deep breath.* he told her, holding her hands into his.* Jisoo, *sharp inhale* you have turned.
