Okay so scripts and visuals connect. They both help to ease the shifting process.
What's a script?
●A script is something you write to help keep all of your thoughts about your DR organized
●Scripting is not necessary but I highly suggest that you do
●You can write a script on paper or on your phone/laptop/etc.
●Your script can be paragraphs, bullet points, or random sentences, it doesn't matter
●Your script can be short or long its up to you how detailed you want it to be
●If you want specific things/scenarios to happen in your DR, then I would write them down in detail (if you script them) so that way it will happen exactly how you want it
What's a visual?
●A visual is something you use to help imagine things from your DR
●You can use printed photos or online collages (Personally, I've created a pinterest board of my visuals)
●Visuals can be anything from photos of your love interest to photos of what you want your room to look like, it's all up to you and what you think will help
●Visuals are not necessary but again I highly suggest you use them to get your brain to focus on your DR
If you're not sure what to do for your script or for your visuals I will have some templates in the next chapter :)
