Hayes Pov-
I woke up to see Nicole in my arms. I remember her coming into the room right after my talk with Matt.
***Hayes's memory to the picture***
And there I saw it. A picture of Nicole and a little girl.
I looked through the rest of the photos and found pictures of Nicole holding the little girl as a baby. There were a bunch of other photos but I didn't want to be even more rude to look through the rest of the photos.
"HAYES!!" Nash yelled from downstairs
"PIZZA!!!" Matt yelled I ran down stairs looking for chicken wings.
*after pizza*
I threw my plate away when I felt a hand on my shoulder.
"Huh?" I saw Matt standing in front of me holding a cup.
"Why were you up there?"
I bit my lip and thought of an excuse.
"I was using the bathroom, yeah that's good" I whispered the last part.
"Uh huh!" He smirked
"Is that why when I went up to use the bathroom the door was wide open and the lights were on?"
"Um, ok fine I may have went in her room and found pictures in a drawer." I walked to the counter and grabbed a cup.
"But it's not like I went threw her underwear drawer!"
"Then where would a girl hide photos that she doesn't want people to see?" He poured coke into my cup.
"You know I just saw a fly, why don't I go get the fly squatter?" Matt grabbed my arm and pulled me back
"Just don't play with her like you did with other girls. She's different, and if you break her heart, if she falls for you, I will hurt you." I looked him straight in the eye and nodded. He let me go and I walked back up stairs.
I laid down on her bed and thought to myself.
'What if I do hurt her?'
'She's not gonna fall for me anyways'
'You said that about Payton'
'She's different'
'Exactly, she's different'
