Sonic's Pov

My eyes shot back open as I heard several shouts all through the house. I then heard stomping footsteps coming upstairs. My heart is pounding out of my chest as I tried to look for somewhere to hide or what I do best: Run! I don't care if my hip was injured or not, I just wanted to get out there as soon as possible.

What I also wanted was this to be a dream and to wake up back home, in my race car bed, with the Donut Lord and Pretzel Lady and that they arguing and me running away and getting hit by a dang car was also just a dream. But from the feeling of the throbbing pain in both my head and my hip, I knew I was wrong.

I looked everywhere for the closest hiding place:
Under the bed?
No! There's too much dust bunnies!
Can I jump out the window?
No Sonic! That's stupid! You may break both of your legs in an instant!
Ok! What about the closet?
Yes! of course! The perfect hiding place!........And why am I talking to myself again? It's like.......I'm back at my cave.....

I zoomed to the closet and close the door behind me, I left a little crack there so I can see who it was coming up the stairs which was a very stupid idea. I saw several scary men in black uniforms and black helmets and on the back of their uniforms were big white letters spelling out "POLICE"; that word made me grimace. The cops? Coming after me? No way!

I was starting to freak out now as one of the police officers walked slowly towards the closet. I felt small sparks of lightning sparking out of my fur. They slowly got bigger as the officer got closer. But I soon as the police officer was about to open the door, I crawled up into a ball and slammed into him and the other police officer, knocking them both out, And rolled downstairs.

But as soon as I uncoiled "Gagh! LET ME NO YOU BASTARD!" Echo's angry voice echoed across the room. I looked over around the corner and saw a familiar looking man. He was younger than Eggman (Who I banished to the mushroom world two years ago) and Tom. But when I looked at his facial features, I realized who it was.

Agent Stone?! What is he doing here? I thought his only job was to make lattes for people!

"I'm going to give you five seconds to tell me where the person killed my boss is!" Stone smeared. I could see that Riley and Jacob were scared, but Echo on the other hand spits in his face, her hazel eyes blazed with anger. My fur bristled when Stone began counting as some of Eggman's robots appeared side him, pointing guns at my new friend.

But as soon as he reached 1.......

Riley's pov

"WAIT!!! DON'T HURT THEM!!!!" The little blue alien named Sonic screamed as he zoomed right in front of the man with the short black hair and a black suit. He jumps back in alarm as Jacob breaks through two of the SWAT officers' grip and punched the man in the face, knocking him out. I just looked at him with shock, that's the first time he ever punched someone! Like I said earlier, Jacob is not a violent person. Echo is usually the very violent person and she's just standing there frozen like a statue.

I then suddenly became the violent person when I saw my mom getting dragged away by the SWAT team. The flying robots then began shooting at us. But it was mostly at Sonic. I don't know why but I need to help him!

So I grabbed my baseball bat and began batting on the robots to the ground, but there was another one and it's bigger. Great!

It was firing at me rapidly as I hid behind the counter. I then looked for Echo, Jacob and Sonic, Echo and Jacob were still fighting a few officers, but Sonic was nowhere to be seen. Then before I knew it, Jacob sees me hiding from the robot and grabs a metal pole and stabs into it, destroying it.

He didn't offer me a hand to help me up and I took it, while blushing. OK Riley!You can stop blushing now! That is ECHO'S boyfriend, NOT. YOURS!!!!

But as soon as we get to the door, A young swat scout was pointing his gun at us, trembling in fear of the site of Jacob. Even though Jake is a big softy, he was a big man, he reminds me of Dominic Toretto, AKA The most famous street racer outlaw like EVER!!!!! Sorry I JUST LOVE HIM!!!!!

The scout then drops his gun and begins running, but then all of a sudden...

*BAM*

Jacob's yellow and black ford mustang slams into him as the driver rolls down his window, revealing Sonic. "Get in!" He shouted. We all jumped inside before Sonic slams on the gas as we drove off

Stone's Pov

As I begin to open my eyes, I began to hear my phone ring. I got up and answered it. Oh boy, it was my new boss. "did you get it yet?" She asked coldly. I rolled my eyes from the other side the phone "no ma'am" I replied " but we got the girl's mother. I think she'll give us answers" "I don't want the old lady!" Roared The boss  "I want that hedgehog! NOW!" She then hung up. I placed my hands over my face in embarrassment.

God, This woman will never be like you doc. Never. I miss you Robotnik. I miss you....

???'s Pov

"Boss, we located the kids with the Alien hedgehog" said one of my coworkers as I hung up Agent Stone. "where are they going?" I asked him, "they're heading south" he replied "but we just don't know where" I turn back to him with the cold glare written across my face.

"then follow them south and kill that thing!" I smeared "just leave one of the kids alive.........for questioning"
