Riley's POV

'Ow.....my head' That was the first thing that came to my head as I opened my eyes and came to my senses. I didn't feel good, My head was spinning and throbbing with pain. But I also felt.....weird. My body felt like a man's and back stung like I was poked with needles which made me sit up with a yelp. I looked down at my legs and saw that they were shorter than usual. I stroke my fingers through my hair, which didn't really feel like hair. It felt like.....quills.

Then I heard the door open as Echo walks in my room with breakfast. "Good morning Ec." I greeted. But when Echo saw me, her face literally turned pale as she stared at me with shock until......

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!

We both screamed our lungs out as I quickly got out of bed and just ran in random directions. I didn't know where I was going until I took a sharp turn as a crash into some clothes in a closet.

Sonic's Pov

*CRASH*

I was awoken by a crash in the closet. I sat up and saw all the clothes from the closet on the floor in a huge pile in the pile was somehow moving like there's something......or someone inside it. "H-Hello?" I rasped, my throat still felt very dry and weak that my voice was not as loud as it supposed to be. "S-Sonic?" Riley's voice called. I was confused and wondered where it came from. But I then turn to the pile of clothes again and realized.......that Riley's voice was coming from there!

"Riley?" I called back, my voice was starting to get a bit stronger now since I'm feeling a little bit better and I'm completely awake, "is that you?" Soon enough, Echo, Roman and Low and behold Jacob the Jerk-Lord 2.0 came into my room. I just gave Jake a threatening glare which might've frightened him. That's good, he deserves it!

"yes it's me!" Riley whines from the pile of clothes, "please tell everyone not to scream! I don't like the screaming!" "yep! that's Riley all right!" Echo nods with her hands on her hips. I just rolled my eyes at her and slowly got out of bed and limped towards the pile of clothes and slowly begin removing it off of Riley.......revealing to brown white tipped ears.

I stared in complete shock as I removed the rest of the clothes off Riley (or is it her?) only to see her beautiful chocolate-hazel fur and her beautiful heterochromia eyes. She had a beige muzzle and a beige belly and A white heart shaped marking on her chest and a white blaze on her forehead.

I was in complete shock after that. Riley is not a human anymore, she's a— "What?" Riley then spoke, "w-why is your faces doing that? Is there something wrong? Do I look sick? Like a cancer sick?!" I sighed, "I think you need to see it for yourself"

Before I knew it Riley m immediately ran into the bathroom, looked in the mirror and.....

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!

She lets out a blood Schilling, high pitched scream. I never heard her scream that loud before. Riley was so shocked that she fell right off the bathroom counter. I ran at supersonic speed and caught her before she hits the ground, only to be met by the flash ripping pain in my stomach for doing so. I just squinting my eyes shut to try not to show anyone that I was in pain, but I think Riley noticed.

"you alright?" She asked worriedly. "i'm fine" I rasped, "but are you OK?" When I asked that question, Riley was out of her mind. "No! I am NOT OK!" She snapped as she began hyperventilating, "Ok Ok Ok! Let me get this clear! I have fur, I have quills and I have a small tail, which means one thing: I'm a hedgehog yes a hedgehog!"
