it was friday.
y - hermione are you ok?
hm - i dont know my stomach really hurts and i think i might faint

you smile at her whilst leaving the dorm and heading to potions. during potions you sit near the back. you dont know who to sit with if you arent with hermione so you sit alone.
C - anyone taking this seat?
y - no, not that im aware of anyway
he slides into the chair.
c - do you usually sit alone?
y - nah i usually sit with hermione but i convinced her to take a sick day today
c - ahh.. wait... youre harrys girlfriend arent you?
y - EW! NO! hes my brother

c - so im assuming you dont have a significant other?
y - well damn i guess not
cedric smirks and moves closer to you. you dont move. of course you dont want cedric but maybe it would make draco jealous. probably not, but why not test it? class goes on, eventually snape leaves for a few minutes, cedric starts playing with the end of your skirt and you immediately start feeling uncomfortable. you hope if you ignore him he'll stop, but he doesnt.
"HEY CEDDY" someone yells.
you turn around to see draco glaring at cedric.
c - have something to say?
d - yes! get away from her!!
c - sorry? is she somehow yours to take care of?
d - sure, just stop
c - why?
d - its making her uncomfortable, stupid. can't you tell? are you blind?!
cedric just rolls his eyes. you turn back around before hastily shoving your things into your bag and bolting out of the class.
you sit quietly in your dorm not wanting to wake up hermione. the door creaks open and you see harry at the door waving at you. you raise your eyebrows questioningly and walk to the door. harry grabs your wrist and drags you to ron and his dorm. he tells you to sit on his bed.
H - ok, explain to us exactly what the hell happened in there?
y - nothing im fine.
r - oh you surely arent! we can tell y/n you cant hide anything from us.
y - he was... cedric- i dont know- flirting? with me?
H - WHAT THE HELL? HE'S DEAD NEXT TIME I SEE HIM
r - and is that when draco got all bossy?
y - yeah i guess
h - so- did cedric ask you out or something
y - ew no
r - do you want him to ask you out?

you roll your eyes and leave their dorm. you leave their dorm. you decide to go down to the library to work on some homework you hadn't gotten around to yet.
