H - when you were giving the snitch the death stare. i think he thought it was funny or something because he was looking at you, and he didnt even notice me trying to get the snitch until a few seconds later
y - oh? no... i didnt notice
you feel yourself start to blush and you quickly cover your face with your hand, you smile to yourself as you all start walking back to the common room.
you wake up the next morning, sunday, you decide to go down to the library with hermione to work on your charms essay due the next day.
Hm - hows it going? you havent spoken in over an hour.
Y - eh, you know what im going to get us some drinks for us, ill be right back
she nods and you walk out of the library, heading to the courtyard, harry and ron are sat on a bench whispering and laughing to each other. you decide to head over to them.
H - y/n, y/n look
harry laughs and points towards a tree. you heart immediately drops. there was draco. draco and pansy. they were... kissing? you feel as though your insides are being torn out through your mouth but you turn back to harry and ron and force out a laugh, a fake laugh. but why did you care? he was a horrible person, someone who bullied you, catcalled you and then stared at you for no reason and then he made out with someone. why did it bother you? why did you feel so... empty?

you force out another laugh
y - alright im gonna go im supposed to be getting me and hermione butterbeers
you turn on your heel and begin to walk away but instead of getting drinks you go to the bathroom and slump down next to the sinks, a tear rolls down your cheeks, burying your face in your knees you talk to yourself...
Y-why are you so upset by this? he sucks. you dont want him
another tear rolls down your face. you dont want him, why do you like him? why? after a few minutes you gather yourself together and walk out of the bathroom to get the butterbeers hermiones waiting for.
y - here you go hermione
you smile and hand her her butterbeer
hm - you were gone for a while
y - oh... harry and ron stopped me on my way to show me that draco was making out with pansy
hm - ohhhh.. and then you went to the bathroom and cried
y - i- wait what?
hm - oh come on y/n i know
y - wait you know what?
hermione rolls her eyes
hm - y/n- i understand that draco is like super attractive? but he catcalled you remember, why do you like him? what do you see in him?
y - i dont know.. i really wish i did
