[It's my birthday today :) ! I'm sixteen now.
Anyways, I guess this diary will just be kept as something for miscellaneous shenanigans and daily crap. I mean, isn't that what a diary is for? Kind of disappointed that all I got for my birthday was this scrappy diary, but hey, it's better than nothing. Might as well put it to use.
Well, a dim light was casting over the complex today. T'was barely enough to see what goes in front of me - I almost tripped over Catto this morning! Usually they'd keep the lights brighter, but I suppose they were running short on electricity again... After all, we don't have much to work with from the start. Much of our electricity has been generated by water turbines.
It's strange to have so much water. Back home, I'd always have to get water from deep underground, where literally only mud puddles exist and the water was contaminated.
Such a bliss to drink fresh water every day, knowing that we won't ever run out! :)
The many rows of LED lights were mostly out again, like how they've always been. The only sign of life present anywhere in this complex was really the people, bustling about their daily lives. But you see, I don't give a crap about them. They're not like me.
There were the usual announcements today. The creators said they've almost finished it - gosh, when had they ever finished? They've been saying that ever since I was what, seven? At least share some resources with us... :( Even an update other than 'Don't worry, we're almost there!' is more reassuring!
Speaking of them, there was a commotion out in the halls this morning. I was literally half asleep so I didn't catch what the hell went on. I asked Mom, but all she said was that it was something that would help 'it'. Turns out she didn't really know either. We've been having these commotions like twice a week and nobody could actually explain them to me. So frustrating >:(
Oh yeah, Creation Day is next week. I wonder what kind of absurd hell the creators are going to plunge us into. Quite frankly, I don't even want to begin to imagine..
Anyways, I guess I don't have much more to say now. I guess I'll get going now - I don't want to miss the special lunch Mom made just for me!
