Anyways, there are four Hogwarts houses: Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin. What I'll do here is to sort all KJ characters but before that, I'll explain about the houses' traits.
Gryffindor = Chivalry, Courage & Brave
Ravenclaw = Wisdom, Intellect & Creativity
Hufflepuff = Kindness, Loyalty & Honesty
Slytherin = Ambition, Cunning & Leadership

Joker can be in Slytherin.
Spade can be in Ravenclaw.
Queen can be in Ravenclaw.
Halsey Queen can be in Ravenclaw.
Hachi can be in Hufflepuff.
Ai can be in Hufflepuff.
Roko can be in Hufflepuff.
Silver Heart can be any of the four houses. I can't decide where to put him. What house do you think he is?
Rei can be in Hufflepuff.
Kira can be in Slytherin.
Viridian can be in Ravenclaw.
Hayami Kyotaro can be in Ravenclaw.
Hyakkimaru can be in Gryffindor or Slytherin.
Dump can be in Slytherin.
Capt. Blue can be in Gryffindor or Hufflepuff.
Oniyama can be in Slytherin.
Ginko can be in Ravenclaw.
Momo can be in Hufflepuff.
Mr Kaneari can be in Slytherin.
Kaneko/Commander Satsuko can be in Gryffindor.
Lupin can be in Slytherin.
Spider Ace can be in Hufflepuff.
Akai Tsubasa can be in Slytherin.
Shadow Joker can be in Gryffindor or Slytherin.
Rose can be in Gryffindor.
Prof. Clover can be in Slytherin.
Lady Doubt can be in Slytherin.
Dr. Neo can be in Slytherin.
Red Scorpion can be in Slytherin.
Candy can be in Slytherin.
Nightmare can be in Slytherin.
Ali Baba can be in Slytherin.
Sniper Genma can be in Slytherin.

Agent Purple can be in Ravenclaw.
