Everyone knew that Harry wanted a baby more than anything in the world, and he was finally getting one, with the man he loved, and that made it even better. Sure, they weren't married, and had only been dating for 5 months, but they were totally in love, and had been fooling around a little longer before they became official.
Harry knew Niall was the one, and the pregnancy only confirmed everything. Harry was completely ready to start a family even if the situation wasn't right in other people's eyes, it was perfect for him, and that was more than enough.
They kept the secret for a few months after they found out, because they were still on tour and Niall didn't want to make things all difficult, so he made Harry promise he wouldn't say a thing. Harry wasn't too happy about the idea, but when him told him that he couldn't and was about to tell their band members Niall start crying badly, begging Harry not to tell. Niall got so worked up, that there was a point when he couldn't breathe. Harry got really worried, but Niall didn't calm until he promised he wouldn't tell a thing.
And he kept his promise, but he was a nervous wreck. Worrying when they didn't let Niall sleep much for the concerts and the interviews; when he didn't eat healthy because they just didn't have the time; and more than anything they workout routine and the jumping and dancing they did on the rehearsals and the concerts. Everything was taking its toll on Niall, but he tried to pretend everything was fine, because he knew that if he didn't, Harry would worry too much and blurt everything out. But of course Harry noticed. Niall was his other half, he could tell when he didn't felt right, he could see the truth behind Niall's eyes.
Every time Harry tried to confront him about it Niall would get worked up, Harry would feel bad and tell Niall he was sorry.
It wasn't until Niall was 17 weeks that all the exhaustion came crashing down on Niall. His abs was starting to fade, and the tiniest bump had appeared between his hips. It was barely noticeable, but someone made a comment about it, and told Niall he should make more exercise to tone his abs again. So they make Niall work out a little bit more, of course, he didn't told Harry about it.
They were at a concert rehearsal the boys were dancing and jumping around on stage, that Niall felt dizzy, he was standing close to Louis. Niall felt his legs giving up to his weight, so he tried to get closer to Louis, knowing that a fall on the bump could hurt the baby, so he was hoping Louis could catch him if something happened.
Harry was singing his part at the front, so he didn't notice anything that was unfolding behind him. Suddenly Niall collapsed, his body hitting Louis shoulder, who had enough time to react and catch the boy. He let out a scream of surprise, not expecting the suddenly weight. All the boys turned to the source of the scream and quickly ran when they saw Niall passed out in Louis arms.
Harry got really scared, and freaked out, screaming at everyone to call an ambulance. Everyone was shocked by Harry's reaction, since it wasn't the first time someone had fainted out due to lack of food or sleep, sometimes sickness. But they had never seen Harry so desperate.
Niall was out for let than a minute, but he woke up to Harry crying his eyes out, hugging him like he was afraid he was going to fade away if he didn't hold him strong enough. He tried to move, and Harry immediately looked up. Harry hugged him again, whispering things like 'don't do that ever again', 'I was dead worried', 'I thought something happened to you, and I couldn't do anything to help' he said bringing his hand to Niall stomach, and he understood he didn't mean only Niall, but the baby too. Niall felt really bad, he knew that if he wasn't stressing and working out as, as he was, this would not have happened. He turned to look at Zayn, Louis and Liam, who were looking at Harry confused, trying to figure out the reason for his friend’s reaction.
