Chapter 7

Jasey POV

It has been a week since we have arrived in LA, the boys have been recording lots getting ready for their new debut album. I have talked to Mali as much as possible but the time zones are really hard. Same with Lauren as well.

Calum decided to get me to do online schooling with maths help from Liz. So most of the day I am in my room doing school, when I rather be doing something else. I keep getting emails from girls at Norwest asking where I have been.

Basically I just packed up and left and no one has heard from me. I have been as soccer but the coach knows that I can get training done while I am over here but actually haven’t found a place that does soccer.

I don’t even know if the US is big into soccer or what they are even interested in. Every now and then there is a knock on the door. These girls know way to much they manage to find out where we are living.

It was Friday evening and the boys decided to go out clubbing but none of them can drink, but that won’t stop them. Liz decided to take me out for a nice dinner, which is kind of her. I still don’t know where my parents are.

I changed into some black skinny jeans and a nice dressy top. I grabbed my bag and followed Liz out the door. The boys left before us and Liz gave them all a strict word before they left, it was pretty funny.

We got a taxi to take us into the main part of LA. It was busy at this time of the day people lining up outside of the clubs waiting to go in. Liz and I found a nice restaurant and sat down. I was looking through the menu when I heard familiar voices.

“Ahh David this looks nice” I heard

The first thing that popped into my head was to duck under the table.

“Ahh Liz it’s good to see you” I heard mum say

“Nice to see you too” Liz said

“What are you doing here?” mum asked

“I’m here with the boys” she said

“That’s nice” mum said

I pulled my phone out and texted Calum

CODE RED!!!!

I know what you are talking about I saw them just stay clear

When the coast was clear I popped out from under the table and Liz gave me a little smile, they went to the other side of the restaurant. We ordered what we were having, I just kept my eye on look out. After dinner we paid and just went and looked around LA for a bit.

I thanked Liz for dinner and headed up to my room to see if Mali was online, I saw she was and called seeing if she would answer.

“Jasey!” she said

“Mali!” I said back with a smile

“How’s LA?” she asked

“It’s pretty good I went out with Liz tonight for dinner, since the boys are clubbing” I said laughing

“They may be underage but that won’t stop them” she said
