Anneliese's P.O.V

I gaze out the small window while watching the Miami airport fade away into the horizon. My mother and I sit in complete silence, listening to the pilot, as this past months previous events still haunt us.

Kyle committed suicide. He took it very hard, moving away, and I guess he just didn't want to do it. The day I found him I broke up with Harry. He understood though. I collapsed to my knees and took his pale hand, hoping there's still life somewhere inside his cold shell, but there was no heart beat. We were already too late. It seemed like my world was suddenly crashing down on top of me. I'll never understand why Kyle did it, but I guess I don't need too. Never in my life did I ever think my little brother would commit suicide.

My dad was crushed, he didn't want me to go. I sat with him crying for hours. About Kyle, about moving, about Harry, about everything. He and I both looked at things the same way, so when I would talk to him, he understood. However, he told me I shouldn't have let Harry go. I insisted that it was the smart thing to do, and that it would have had to happen anyways, but deep inside, I knew he was right.

Harry was there for me all the way up until we left for the airport this morning. He became a big part of my life in such little time, and now, also in such little time, he's been pulled away from me like a baby and their bottle. Im going to miss him more than anything. From now on, all he'll ever be is just a memory.

After a long, silent 13 hour plane ride, we arrived in Cheshire. After grabbing our bags, we loaded into a taxi that took us into the country, to our new home. We drove down a road in the hills until we reached a narrow gravel road. My eyes were dead set on the window, remembering the pictures Harry showed me of his old home. The taxi pulled up into a short driveway and we unloaded the car.

The building was 2 story's high and made of red bricks. Green vines slithered up the sides of the house, giving it an old timey look. The front door was split into three, each evenly dispersed across the front of the house. I found this quite strange, until I found out that it was a triplex.

"Were home." My mom said letting out a big breath of air.

I simply nodded. My mind was still registering this place, it looked an awful lot like Harry's house. The bricks, the vines, even the trees looked extremely familiar. My mom walks up to the door in the middle, putting in the key. I enter the house behind my mom and I must say, it's nice. Smaller than my house in Florida, but still very comfortable. I set my bag on the ground and began walking into what I assumed was the kitchen.

I walked through the archway and stepped onto the cold tile. There was a big window that opened up to the backyard, and luckily there was a pool. The kitchen was pretty much all white, and old looking. The entire house was probably from the mid to late 80's, but that's fine because I loved vintage. The molding on the cabinets was absolutely breath taking. It was a floral pattern that seemed as old as the house was. Before I could finish admiring the kitchen, I was interrupted by my mom.

"Anneliese come here." My mom called from the front of the house.

I lazily turned around and walked back to the front door.

"Go next-door and meet our new neighbors. They have a son about your age, very handsome." she said winking at me.

I just glared at her. She knew I was still upset about Harry, why should she even joke about that? I subtly looked down to remember what I was wearing. I had on an urban outfitters cat shirt, my forever 21 jean shorts, and an extra long black knitted cardigan. Not exactly a good idea since its winter in England, but I'm from Florida, this is pretty much all I have.

She held the door open and I walked back outside. I reluctantly walked to my right, since the house on my left looked un-occupied. The car was there, so I rang the doorbell. A woman probably in her late forties early fifties opened the door and smiled.

"Why hello, you must be Anneliese." She said shaking my hand. I smiled and nodded shyly. "Oh! Come on in, you must be freezing."

I graciously accepted because I was in fact, freezing.

I stepped passed her and entered her house, smiling at the little girl on the couch. She was probably about ten, and had long light brown hair and hazel eyes. The house was the same floor plan as mine, so there wasn't much of a difference.

"My son should be home any minute now. He's 16 too." She said smiling, gesturing for me to sit down at the kitchen table.

She handed me a glass of warm tea. "Thank you." I said smiling. Steam pranced along the rim of the cup as I held the burning handle. The cup was blue with white Aztec print along the middle. I took a sip and set my cup down, rubbing my arms to keep them warm.

Suddenly, the front door opens. My mind goes a million miles an hour as I see one of the cutest guys I've ever laid eyes walk into the house. His hair is combed into a short quiff style and he's wearing jeans and a Jack Wills sweatshirt. I shyly smile and look down. He walks up to me and just looks at me. He doesn't speak, just looks.

"Anneliese?" He finally says, half whispering.

My eyes go wide as he says my name. I keep my head looking at my lap, unaware of who this boy is. Yet...he knows my name. I fiddle with my thumbs and speak up. "Uh, yes..." I say nervously. He just sat there and looked at me. I kept my gaze on the floor, worried to look up at him.

He loudly cleared his throat to get my attention, and by instinct, I glanced up to see him. He looked straight into my eyes and shook his head while grinning at me. I went blank, as my mind processed his face. I knew him from somewhere. But I'd never been to England before, so how was this possible? It suddenly all vpcame back to me. My poker face soon changed into a smile, for Liam Payne was standing in front of me.

Harry's P.O.V

Today has been hell. I watched Anneliese drive away this morning; it's hard to believe its the last time I'll ever see her. I just wish it didn't have to end. Maybe I could move back to Cheshire as well? Of course that thought ran through my mind, but it was not possible.

I roll over on my bed and face a stuffed teddy bear. She gave it to me before she left, while telling me that she found the teddy bear drawing on the back of my closet door. That girl always knew how to brighten up the mood. Too bad this is the worst mood ever, and I can't stop thinking about her. The scent of Anneliese fills my room, because she sprayed the bear with her perfume. The one that I loved.

"Harry come down here for a minute!" My mom yelled anxiously from the living room downstairs.

I reluctantly shifted off my bed, giving my bear one last cuddle, and began walking down the staircase. I got to the bottom step and hopped off, making a thud when I landed on the wooden floor.

"X-factor is coming to Miami next month!" My mom said happily. I glanced at the paused tv to see a commercial for the show, Simon was on the screen.

"So?" I said irritated. Nobody knew I liked to sing. I only sing when people aren't around. Ever since I was little I would goof around with singing, but now I've become better, actually pretty good, I must say.

She looked at me with her head cocked to the side. "I've heard your singing, you need to audition." She stated, looking at me with sympathy.

This was shocking, I thought my singing was a secret. How would she know? I only sing when I'm home alone. I rubbed the back of my neck and scrunched up my nose. "Uh, nah I'm good." I stuttered, attempting to turn around and go back to my room. I didn't need to try out for x-factor. My life's already stressful enough. And plus, there's so many better people than me, I'll never make it.

"Harry its worth a shot." She began. I stopped walking and listened without turning around. "Your very good, and I mean that. You've got talent." She said convincingly. This was all so sudden. Anneliese moving and X-factor sh*t all in one day? I couldn't handle all this stress!

"I'll think about it." I said slowly, shaking my hair and running back up the stairs.

Ok so I know it's getting pretty cliché. Harry goes on x-factor blah blah blah and becomes famous. BUT JUST WAIT. lol guys you'll like it, I promise. I know it seems really fast. Like, she's already moved away and it's only chapter 9! But there's way more I've planned, so it will get even better(; baiiiiii.
