Chapter 2

Jeonghan's mind was still on Seungcheol even when he got to school that morning. To be honest, he was in a sour mood. The older had told him to call immediately he got home, which he did but Seungcheol never picked up or even tried to call him back. This made the long haired male feel stupid for even calling. Not that he cared or anything. In fact, he could care less about the older, but he just found it so damn rude and arrogant of him not to even pick up the phone or at least try calling back.

"I can't believe that asshole of a boyfriend kept you waiting last night, He's such a bastard." Jisoo fired, with his face etched up in annoyance as he approached his best friend. As Jeonghan's best friend, Jisoo's job was simple. 'Always make sure Jeonghan was never sad and always have his back.' Which was why he was really mad when Seungho had called him last night to explain everything that happened. What sort of human being keep his boyfriend waiting at a restaurant for close to three hours on their anniversary. Jisoo just couldn't understand.

"Oh! Seungho?" Jeonghan was a bit startled. He couldn't believe he had so easily forgotten about his boyfriend and was busy obsessing over a married man. He suddenly felt ashamed of himself.

"Has he called you?

"Y-Y-yeah he has.... I guess." Jeonghan lied. He was so busy expecting Seungcheol's calls that he hadn't even bothered checking anything else.

"What do you mean I guess." Jisoo asked as he was left in a confused state with his bestfriend's reply.

"Oh! Nothing, Its just that I haven't really checked my phone. So I don't know if he called or not." Jeonghan replied nervously. He immediately wondered what jisoo would think of him if he found out that he had been thinking about a married man instead of his boyfriend.

"Oh, okay. Well let's head to class, we have first period together." Jisoo pulled the older.
Jeonghan decided to forget all about Seungcheol and focus on his classes.

During lunch Jeonghan was seated with his large group of friends as usual. Seokmin, Minghao, Jun, Jihoon, Soonyoung, Seungkwan, Vernon, Dino and Jisoo. For some reason, they all stared at him with sad expressions on their faces which was kind off a buzz kill considering the fact that their table was always filled with noise and laughter.

"Eomma what's wrong? Dino their youngest finally spoke up. He didn't know what had happened, although he had been hearing whispers all morning from the others so he definitely knee something was wrong.

"Awww! Dino eomma is fine. You know I can never be sad when you're here." Jeonghan responded while also secretly shooting death glares at the others who where secretly exchanging glances within themselves.

"OK, what's going on? Jeonghan finally asked, clearly irritated.

"Hyung we know okay. Jisoo hyung told us everything about how Seungho stood you up on your anniversary." Jun responded on behalf of the others, earning a nod of confirmation from them.

"Really Jisoo? Jeonghan immediately shot the other a death glare.

"Woah! I was just doing my job as a best friend okay." Jisoo defended.

"He didn't stand me up. He was just stuck in traffic and I couldn't wait anymore so I left. That's all. Trust me guys, its nothing serious." The long haired male tried assuring them.

"Did you say nothing serious? Seungkwan chipped in. If Vernon did that to me I would be so mad at him." Seungkwan said with his usual attitude and sass which earned him a laugh from the others.

"Jun wouldn't even try that with me. He knows what I would do." Minghao added. "Woah! Woah! This is not a competition you guys." Jisoo quickly countered the argument before it escalated quickly.

"Hyung you say that now, what would you do if Seokmin did the same-

He would kill me. Seokmin immediately responded causing the others to burst out laughing, including Jeonghan who had been keeping a moody face. Jisoo rolled his eyes at how stupid his friends were being. Not bothering to reply them as he went back to his lunch.

"Besides all that, wasn't Seungho supposes to drive you there anyways? what was he even thinking making you guys go separately in the first place. Seungkwan was hella confused.

"Please don't judge him....... He just....  He had a meeting with his father so he sent one of his drivers to pick me up and drop me over there." Jeonghan defended his boyfriend. To be honest he kinda felt bad for Seungho. He knew the other loved him and wouldn't do what he did on purpose. But also a part of him just couldn't help but feel a slight bit of annoyance and sadness towards the male. I mean he had waited in vain for hours yesterday. Who in their right mind wouldn't be mad.

"Woah! Guys he's coming, he's coming. Everybody shut the fuck up! Jihoon suddenly spoke causing the others attention to divert towards a confused Jeonghan.

"What the fuck do you want Seungho? Jisoo fired at the male.

"I just want to talk to my boyfriend and explain things. That's all."

"You can say whatever it is you want to say here." Minghao added.

"Guys please stop. I want to hear him out okay." Jeonghan pleaded with the others before turning his attention back to his boyfriend, giving him the 'what the fuck do you want face.'

"Jeonghan, baby please don't be mad at me." Seungho pleaded as he went down on his knees. Jeonghan could hear the muttering in the cafe as everyone's eyes were now trained on their table, most having looks of shocks and glares on their faces. As for Jeonghan's friends they weren't at all surprised at Seungho's act. It was a normal gesture to all of them. Well, except for Dino who had been confused from the start.

"I just want to know one thing, did you even show up at all." Jeonghan asked while still keeping a straight face on his boyfriend.

"I swear I did. Although I got there late but I came. By the time I had gotten there you weren't thereanore so I started searching the restaurant but I couldn't find you. And then I described you to the waiter and asked if he had seen you and he told me you had just left with the owner of the restaurant." On hearing that last sentence Jeonghan's heart skipped a bit as he silently prayed that the waiter hadn't mentioned Seungcheol's name.

"Is that- that all" Jeonghan asked. He was nervous but tried hiding it as he could already feel his friends eyes on him as they were probably wondering who it was that dropped him off.

"No." The other replied as he brought out three small designer boxes from different sides of his pocket and placed them on the table. "Happy anniversary babe" Seungho whispered with a sweet smile on his face as he stood up, before placing a sweet long kiss on Jeonghan's lips. The long haired male wasted no time in kissing his boyfriend back while muttering series of I love you between the kisses to his man.

"I was never that angry, I just wanted to get you on your knees." Jeonghan teased at his boyfriend as he bit his bottom lips, fully aware of what that action did to the male.

Wow! Seungho oppa that was awesome. Dino cheered at the two lovebirds which immediately earned the maknae an eye roll from the others.
