Even as it was a brand new day the sadness from last night still haunted his heart and mind as he opened his eyes. The whole place was quiet, really quiet and as he turned to stare at Seungcheol's side of the bed it was evident the male hadn't slept in their bed last night. Jeonghan found himself tearing up again but he was quick to wipe the damn tears away. "Not today" he whispered to himself. He hadn't even noticed how cold he was as he had slept naked lastnight and just as he stood up to grab a robe from Seungcheol's closet he heard a knock on the door.

"Sir are you awake? Your breakfast has been served for a while now and you need to eat."

Thank God it was just the chef because Jeonghan was ready to scream bloody hell if it had been a guard knocking. He wasn't in the mood for any fucking guards after last night. "I'm not hungry. You can leave." Jeonghan responded politely before focusing his attention back on the robe.

"Uhm, Sir Mr Choi said you need to eat. He said it was necessary. Please can you just come out so I can escort you to the dining room. He already warned me of the consequences if you don't eat. Please I don't want to g-get f-fired Sir."

And that was all it took for him to cave in. No way he was allowing that old man get fired. He was already feeling bad for the old man. "Okay just give me a minute." Jeonghan finally responded as he quickly threw on a black silky robe he had found. He had also noticed a small note on the dresser which he grabbed before opening the door.

"When did my husband leave? Jeonghan asked once he got settled in the dining room. His eyes staring at all the different varieties of food as he thought of what to eat. He seriously had no appetite.

"He left really early Sir. It seemed like an emergency."

"Okay." Jeonghan responded. Not wanting to drag the whole thing. He gave the old man a questionable look once he noticed the male just standing there staring at him.

"Any problem? Jeonghan asked

"Mr Choi said I need to watch you eat. Is there anything on the table that you want Sir? I'll dish it out for you myself."

"A glass of orange juice would be fine." Jeonghan silently rolled his eyes.

"I meant actual food Sir."

"Fine just pancakes would be fine."  Jeonghan gave the old man a fake smile.

He let the old male dish out the meal for him like he wanted to and when he was done he reluctantly dug in. Even though he had told the old man he wanted just pancakes the latter had still filled his plate up with bacon eggs and hash browns. "I didn't ask for this." Jeonghan had wanted to snap but he instead just focused on shoving the meal down his throat. Once he had gone half way he couldn't eat anymore. He was already on the verge of throwing up and he knew if he took another forkful that was what was going to happen. "I'm full." He gave the male another fake smile before standing up to head back upstairs to the bedroom. He needed to go back to sleep.

He hadn't even closed him eyes when there was another knock on the door. And this time Jeonghan didn't care if it was the old man as he screamed "what! In pure annoyance.

"Uhm Sir I'm sorry to disturb you again but you forgot something on the dining table."

"Fuck" Jeonghan instantly remembered the small note he had picked up from the dresser earlier. Now he felt bad for screaming at the old man.

Muttering a "sorry" he gently took the piece of paper from the old man before closing the door once again.
