Imogen's P.O.V
We pulled up at the hospital and I ran in after them baring in mind that I was wearing heels. I got a text from my dad.
From 'Dad🎸'
We're stuck in traffic and your mom is unable to make it back. Tell us of anything happens.
I was too scared to reply, I just carried on running after them. They'd disappeared from my view so I had to ask the lady at reception.
"Maisie.... Mendes??" I said between breathes.
"Go to the waiting room on the third floor. A doctor will come and get you when you are able to see Maisie" she smiled, sympathetically.
"Thank you" I started crying as I ran.
I took the stairs as I feel I would get there quicker than if I went in the elevator. I sat in the waiting room and messaged my dad saying that she's in some kind of x ray so I'm not aloud to see her yet.
"Family of Maisie Mendes??" A doctor came out and I looked up. He looked around at all the families and then I stood up.
I walked towards him and he nodded, walking back through the door.
Maisie was laying on the bed, eating a lolly.
"Kenzieee!!" She yelled as I went and hugged her.
"I'm so glad you're okay" I exclaimed.
"Well.... That's the thing" the doctor looked at his clipboard.
My head shot up and my grasp on Maisie got tighter.
"W-what do you m-mean?!" I stuttered on my words.
"Maisie has been getting severe headaches and stomach pains for the last few months" I looked down and her, she looked back up at me.
"Why didn't you tell Mommy, Daddy, Me or Tj??" I frowned.
"I didn't want to wowwy anyone" she teared up.
"It's okay, everything is going to be better now that we know" I smiled and she cheered up.
Dad ran in the room with Tj behind him. I could see all the other boys through the glass pain in the door.
"Maisie!!" My dad sounded relieved. He knelt down and hugged her. Tj just smiled at her. Dad sat on the bed next to me and put Maisie on his lap.
"Mr. Mendes" dad shook the doctors hand.
"Dr. Jones" he smiled.
"So, whats wrong with my little baby??" Dad asked.
I could see this annoyed Tj, I can't say it didn't make me the tiniest bit jealous because that would be lying. Tj and I didn't really get as much attention as Maisie. Even from the fans of my parents and uncles, Maisie's cuter as she's younger and does stupid stuff that always ends up being funny. Tj was 9 when Maisie was born so she had a long time of being dads 'baby'. Let's just say we're all Daddy's girls (I'm sorry but that sounds wrong)
I walked over and pulled Tj into my chest. I'm pretty close to her too. She's annoying and sometimes a compete idiot but she's funny and pretty and my sister so I kinda have to like her 😂
My mom always thinks it me that will do stupid things because of my friends. I'm the most popular girl in my school. Frankie is the most popular boy. Tj is the most popular girl in her year, Luke is the most popular boy. I hang around with all the 'slutty' ,as my mom calls them, 'snobby, rich, dumb, useless', also moms words, girls that have the IQ of a nut. They do do some stupid things but I'd never do them too, Tj on the other hand. She hangs out with the same sorta girls just in her year, not mine obviously😂, she does whatever they say even though she's more popular than them.
"Kenzie??" Dad said, putting his hand over my face, moving it up and down in the air.
"Uh... Sorry..." I mumbled, letting go of Tj and picking Maisie up.
She played with my necklace as we walked out to where the boys were then outside to the car.
We drove to the pharmacy and parked all three of the cars that contained the boys. My dad gave me the prescription and told me to pick up the medicine. He told the boys to wait whilst I did so.
I slowly walked into the pharmacy. It was actually quite big.
I walked through the isles, making my way to the desk. I handed over the prescription and waited whilst the pharmacists got the medicine and put it in a bag.
"Thank you" I fake smiled as her handed it over the desk to me.
I walked out the door but someone touched my shoulder. I turned round.
It can't be....
