After retrieving the letter in regards to Seylena's disappearance, that was given to him by Yongguk, Himchan took the paper to his forensic lab.

Where he had a team of the best lab techs chosen personally by him, that will be able to analyze the kidnapped letter and maybe lift a fingerprint from the letter.

He was quite aware that not only was his fingerprint on the letter but also Yongguk's and the young guard's that rushed in bringing the letter to Yongguk but whoever sent it could be careless and left their print or DNA.

That's what he hoped as he pushed open the doors to his private lab and his team stop what they were doing and glanced over at their boss who stood in front of them.

"I need to find out who sent this letter. And be aware that Yongguk's and my fingerprints are on the letter, got it?" He ordered, waving the paper in his hand that he had covered with plastic.

"What are we looking for?" One of the lab techs questioned as they removed their mask to speak clearly.

"Anything," He coldly said.

"I mean we understand that what you want us to do but what exactly are you asking?"

Himchan really didn't like it when people talked back to him. He approached the young tech since he was quite aware that this guy was new to the team. He may have signed off for him to be apart of the team but something about the guy rubbed him the wrong way.

"Let me tell you something," Himchan stepped up to the guy, staring him up and down and last looking at his badge with his name on it. "Hyuk, when I order MY team to do something, there isn't any backtalk. YOU do as I say, are we clear?"

His eyes waved side to side as he waited for the young man to confirm that he understood before walking away.

"Yeah, yeah, we're clear," he mumbled, putting his mask back over his mouth.

Hyuk the lab tech back away and headed back over to his station and resumed what he was doing before he decided to speak out of line to his boss.

It wasn't long before another lab tech that was second in command to Himchan came over and removed her mask from her face.

"Are you okay, Himchan?" She asked him with a worriment written on her face.

"What do you mean?" Himchan asked, lifting a brow towards the woman.

"It seems like something is quite off in your behavior," She tried to explain but lowered her voice so only Himchan could hear what she had to say. "I mean, I know you're going through a lot right now..."

"Just analyzed the note," Himchan ordered, interrupting the woman from continuing what she wanted to say. He forced the protected paper into the woman's chest and stormed away towards his office.

Once he was at his office door, he opens the door with force and slammed it hard causing the lab techs to jump back from the loud noise.

The woman glanced down at the letter that was forced into her hands and flipped it over noticing what the note was and her eyes grew big, already knowing that this note had touched a part of Himchan that he had wished to be kept hidden.

Once inside his office, Himchan walked over to the dry bar and reached for his bottle of whiskey in the crystal glass. He then grabbed a glass and flipped it over and uncork the large glass bottle pouring the whiskey inside.

He lifts the small glass in the air and swirled it around his thumb and index finger before moving it to his lips and allowing the brown liquor to move to the back of his throat.

He shut his eyes tightly, allowing the drink to take over before repeating the same steps from before but this time, Himchan takes the now filled glass over to his desk.

He slopped down in his large chair and places the glass down in front of him. He sighed out feeling disappointed in himself. He had told himself that he would stop drinking but he was doing what he told himself that he wouldn't do all over again.

He rubbed the bridge of his nose as he let out another long sigh. He leans back in the chair and looks down at the locked drawer.

Himchan goes into the smaller drawer and retrieves the key for the locked draw.

He bent down and placed the key into the keylock and turned it hearing the click confirming that the drawer was unlocked.

He pulled out a framed photo and brings it out in front of him. Staring at the photo for the longest, Himchan started to move his fingers delicately against the glass viewing the smiling woman. It wasn't long before he felt tiny drops hit his fingers.

He was crying.

He lifted his head as he tries to draw back the falling tears. "Now is not the time to dwell on the past, Kim," he spoke to himself.

But no sooner did he say those words to himself, Himchan's eyes were drawn right back to the photo once more.

To him, it was like Deja Vu.
